Staff are helpful and friendly. The main people that work during the week are very helpful in their respective trades and have practical experience and knowledge. Flooring, painting, plumbing experts in HD helped us immensely.

As a local developer, we work with our local Home Depot Store constantly. The management team go out of their way to provide help and support not only to us and to our account but also to our clients when they need to purchase additional items like appliances, different ceiling fans than we offer, light fixtures and any other items they need. Our local Home Depot Store is very community oriented and participate in any and all community projects that would benefit the youth and veterans of our community with open arms. Amazing management team, Amazing Pro desk. Keep up the GREAT work you are doing.

The first associate that helped us (Paul) offered us each a bottle of water, found someone to answer our questions, and followed up with us to let us know how long the wait was. After that the second associate (James) helped us find what we needed and then loaded everything into our truck. And the third associate who helped us in the garden center (Jeremiah) was friendly and helped us get our heavy items to the cash register. The cashiers were also very friendly and responsive. Best Home Depot.

Both Jeremiah and Bobbie Joe were able to locate water softener salt for us. Typically in the front of store but Jeremiah asked us how many bags and what brand we use. He went and carted them up and Bobbie Joe was so friendly and scanning our items. I’m OKGreat team work!

The associates make Home Depot the BEST place to shop. From Customer Service (Karen), then Floor associates (Liathan - with Plumbing, Bahatra - with Power Tools, and Timothy - Customer Service), they all are AMAZING! Each associate projected courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism! All are exemplary members of the Home Depot Team! I'm a disabled veteran and each visit to Home Depot has been GREAT!

Sara Harley and Ted were awesome. Helped me and my father get what we needed and made sure we got exactly what we were after!

Alfred in electrical is really awesome and extremely helpful! He helped us find the 10-3 Romex wire and the boxes and connectors we needed. He was extremely patient with us. Ruth is a wonderful cashier checking us out and helping with our credit card lookup. The store was clean and neat and we found what we needed quickly and easily.

I visited the Bullhead city store and purchased two large plants. The cashier was unwilling and not eager at all to help. I am from out of town and did not have enough room in my car. So I asked if I could pay for it and have them hold it. I asked simple questions like can you place a “sold” sign or label on it? The cashier responded, “I don’t know.” I asked were it was going to be stored? Cashier response, “I don’t know.” I asked if the plant will be watered? Her response, “I don’t know.” I asked for a manager and the manager never showed up. I’ve been shopping at other Home Depot for years and never received such lack of customer service. Three days later I received a call from a manager who apologized and assured me that he will speak to the employee.

One of my many projects involve tile. I always get great advise from the helpful staff.

We've purchased cabinetry and countertops for our complete house remodel from this location. The countertop designer is excellent. Product quality is very good. We only wish there were more options for installers in the Laughlin NV area.

Never a disappointment entering into this store. We remolded our new home and all was bought at this store. Because of the service and genuine knowledge, sincerity and kindness from all the employees we are forever LOYAL to our Home Depo!

We bought a tankless gas water heater. Wanted a conversion kit to change from NG to LP, but nothing available. Have to search other vendors for one. Tim was extremely helpful. Thank you Tim.

No matter what people said, Home Depot is my favorite place to shop, excellent Customer Services, Kuddos to Tim and Tracy, Great guys, went out their way to help me out with the heavy items to my vehicle. I have a great shopping experience.

The customer service from Chris at the service desk is exceptional and makes the shopping experience amazing!

Bought two toilets this morning to get home and one of them have a shattered tank. Drive back only for the customer service to be rude and unapologetic. Apparently it’s okay to have your customers wasting gas driving back and forth to your establishment for your mess up. Take better care of your merchandise and your customers, you just lost this customer.

We have been remodeling our home. Dianna in cabinets was amazing with her positive attitude and knowledge.

I want in looking for a curb water shut handle. Check the in stock status on line and headed to the store 15 miles away. I picked up the tool in the location stated in the on line app. Saved me time.

Rosalie Livermore is the Appliance Specialist who I was fortunate to get when buying a refrigerator - she is knowledgeable and a credit to the company - she is patient and understanding - was able to answer all of my questions - service is always quick here no matter the department

We purchase everything from tools, products for open construction, PPE, as well as tool rentals! This store is a one stop shop! Easy clean access through out the store! Kind smiles from staff and always greeted with Kindness. If I cannot locate something, I can ask any staff member and they guide me right to it! I appreciate the time and effort each staff member gives me so that my shopping experience is pleasurable! Worth returning and highly recommend!
