As soon as you enter it there is accessibility to hand sanitizer and gloves and everything seems well organized and staff are very helpful.

This store is on a convenient location and most of the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, unlike the Northern Blvd store.

The employees in this location are not very nice. The cashier Supporting the self check out area has an attitude.. the paint workers just place your paint to the side as if you’re supposed to be checking every paint can that they drop in the pick up area. If I’m standing there a courtesy of “hey, your paint is ready!” Would be nice. I stood there for an extra 10 minutes thinking he would tell me since I was standing very close to the paint area. The manager had no idea about the promotions currently going on in the store which made us wait even longer. The security guard was nasty when I asked him about the WiFi and when we asked the other employee at the entrance if HD sells sand sanitizer dispensers. It was a quick cold no and she looked away. Definitely some work that needs to be done around customer service training.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The management were not enforcing mask wearing policies amongst customers AND staff. A truly infuriating experience for those who are at-risk or concerned about not infecting others and reducing the spread of transmission of Covid. Particularly the Ryobi attendant, who could not be bothered to wear a mask.

Great store, very friendly, great atmosphere !I always find what I need and associates are very, very helpful!

This site is easy to get to great costumer service always well stocked and if they don’t have what your looking for they tell you what Home Depot has it

Associates are dishonest and incompetent. Called the store to express my concern and was told she couldn't help me because she was with another customer. No one at this location listens to the customers.

Just have one thing to say WHERE IS MOD???? I asked to speak to MOD they send me a guy that isn’t a MOD just pretending to be MOD and he has no clue to anything I needed

I must say Some people just come to milk hours then you have people that want to help and do the right thing by coming to work .....Please I beg for management to see and open your eyes and see the real hard dedication of the workers that do come to work to work ..Bulova is the best HomeDepot I ve been too and i love it ..But you have People the do NOTHING AGAIN BLAME MANAGEMENT ASM WHO EVER make those workers work and stock up everytime I come to garden no one knows anything and the young men Lazy !!!!!!!!!! They stand around talking about Instagram and facebook are u SERIOUS!!!

This in a much better HD store than any other. People are more friendly and very helpful.

the manager was a disappointment would not help to resolve an issue without being rude.there is some people that think they still in their country where the customer does not matter.at my job I was told to take charge and take care of the customer but this manager was willing to throw away the part I need it then sell it to me.

Store manager Oscar Castro was very helpful and I got discount on my purchases.

I run a plant about a mile away and so I’m at this Homedepot 4 days a week sometimes more and we spend a great deal of money at this particular store. This store and it’s employees are great however I do believe they may want to retrain the assistant store (Anthony)manager. I left four stars because of the assistant store manager not wanting to help out (Electrical dept aisle 5) on something that would have taken him under 3 minutes to do. If not for him I would have given this store 5 stars. With that said the majority of the associates here are friendly and do go out of their way to help/assist customers and from my years of coming here I know if not all most by name.

Not the biggest Homedepot but the most professional, kind and respectful bunch I have ever encountered in my 30 plus years of shopping @ Homedepot.

CASHIER "MAHSINA" WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND OF HER SERVICE. SHE HELPED ME TO FIND OUT XMAS LIGHTS. SHE LEFT HER STATION AND TOOK ME WHERE I CAN LOCATE MY ITEM. WHAT A OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND WHAT A JOY!
