everyone is so helpful on black Friday, what about the rest of the year. woodcutter is always out of service. they give you so much hard time if you have to return something. only one cashier, have to wait long time to check out.

waiting forever to get help from a associate when they been called over the intercom. only 1 cashier, waiting time is too long to check out. also very good luck if you ever find the wood cutter machine ever work.

I prefer to shop at the Bulova Home Depot because it’s much more organized than the other Home Depot in LIC. The employees overall are very friendly & knowledgeable. I always seem to find what I’m looking for.

I got the product that I was looking for. This store is neat and clean. needs more cashier. wood cutter machine is out of work ALWAYS. GOOD LUCK waiting for an associates to come in when they call on the intercom. some of the associates are genuinely friendly.

The store manager Anthony made my experience at the Home Depot very Pleasant, he made sure I was able to get all the items I needed no matter what department it was and help me get the tools I needed to finish my project.

Honestly store has some wonderful knowledgeable employees but I can’t say much about some ....We go to store mostly every week and I can’t stand to look for something and I find the empty shelves ..I watch supervisors walk around doing nothing ..It’s a a shame really to have items on the wrong shelf

Some People are friendly ...For starters let me start by saying horrible customer service . I can count with one hand how many people do their Job ...Supervisors DO NO WORK at all only when there is a walk everyone works ...Once they are gone that's it . --Flooring dept horrible customer service no one works at all only a older women named Kathy ..it takes forever to get help --Lumber Shame on them place is always a mess only one that works they is Rashid and Gordon supervisor just walks around without apron so no one ask for help .. --Receiving I have no complaints Amazing work is done ! Always get my packages on time ...when I order on line ! Customer Desk Great ! Pro Desk Great Plumbing and Appliances Great ! But again I Blame ASM not management everyone there has favoritism It's sad but True ...If you call store you have to let it ring 35 mins before it's answered and then they have no clue to anything .The workers at this store have no clue or knowledge to anything .I can say 30% of the people that work there know their stuff ..(We) Customers get annoyed trying to get help and then they reach out to supervisors and they are helpless all they do is walk around the store all day and shelves are empty ...Blame it on Poor management!!!!!!!!!!

This store is fantastic. They have everything. You wouldn't expect it from a store that tucked away in a local neighborhood, but there you have it: a great store for hardware and other home repair needs.

I love shopping at HomeDepot must of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and most of them are willing to go all out to help you .But maybe 4 out of 10 supervisors don’t do anything to fill the shelves every time I go I have to wait for over 15 to 20 minutes to even get what I’m looking for ...Come on let’s stand by your title ! Do some work
