I have never had a bad experience and will not shop at any other store

I really like shopping in the Bulverde area because it is closer to my home. Most times the assistance is very helpful., The product is easily located, and usually assistance is helpful. The store is clean and the associates are congenial and helpful

Store employees are friendly and helpful. And will help with finding products on a specific aisle. Cashiers are smiling faces and get you through lines very efficiently and fast.

The Bulverde Home Depot is the best Home Depot around. Plenty of knowledgeable staff available for technical questions.

Friendly and helpful employees. Approached several times and asked if I needed help. Knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. Had a great young man help load my vehicle and returned the cart for me! This store had everything I needed in stock, saving me time by not making extra trips.

I could not find the item i was looking for. Stephanie went above and beyond to help me find it. It ended up being on the top of the storage area. Had to get a ladder to get it. Burt came along and help. Between the two i ended up getting the item i needed. Great employees

SHOPPING AT THIS STORE IS EASY, FUN AND CONVENIENT. THE WORKERS ARE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. I WILL ALWAYS CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE AT THIS STORE!!!

All of the employees at the Bulverde store have always been so friendly and helpful. It's one of our favorite shopping places.

Everything works well in this store. Highly recommend. Sr management in the garden department needs to rethink their process for me to be able to recommend it to friends. Basically, customers need to see clear pricing on plants. This is a long-term problem in this department and doesn’t appear to be getting better. Don’t ask a Team Member in this department ... if you can find one that is. They haven’t a clue. Very sad!

This was my first time in this Home Depot Location. I generally frequent the Home Depot around my home in Georgetown, Tx or around my office in Kyle, Tx, but unfortunately Bulverde was the only store in my area that had the discontinued tile that I was needing. The Kyle store gave me the information and I call Bulverde. After being passed around from the automated system to the customer service desk to the break room back to the customer service desk for approximately 20 minutes, I finally reached a human being. I wish I would have gotten her name because her attitude and demeanor was garbage. I was trying to pay for product over the phone and they would not allow me because it was on clearance. She transferred me to a manager, after much insistence, and that was worse then the customer service rep. The manager Robin either doesn't know his job, doesn't know Home Depot policies, or just hates his life but THE VERY WORST Customer service ever. Finally the Flooring person called me and I got my order places and will be picking it up Saturday. If you ever want to deal with the poor service of this store and need to get flooring go and see Jamie. She is truly amazing and deserve the manager role because she is polite, efficient, educated on the products, and more. I can say that for anyone else in that store, especially Robin the manager or the service desk.

If you are looking for the perfect appliance, seek out Linda. She went above and beyond to search out a range that met out needs.

This is the "go-to" home improvement store in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area. Each staff member is always professional, products are available, the prices are always very fair (usually lower than competitors), and whether or not I make a purchase, I always depart with an exceptional customer experience. If you need a kitchen or kitchen design (or even special order lamps), stop by and see Hugh. He is expertly competent and courteous --- truly a dedicated professional.

The store was very clean, with very friendly employees. The only issue was that at 4:30pm there were not enough personnel on the floor to assist or to help me find what I needed Finally the one person who came to help me did not know very much about the product, he went to get help and Beverly came back. .. ...

I have been shopping this store from it's first day it opened. As a contractor, I have seen a steady decline over the years. The vast majority of Pro Desk purchases made over the years for "Will Call" have been a headache to say the least. More times than not, the orders were not even "pulled" and ready for pick up at the scheduled date/time. Additionally, numerous times the lumber was "cull" lumber at best and had to be exchanged. The problem seems to be systemic lack of quality control/supervision, customer service as well as an overall lack of dedicated professional individuals to actually pull and fill the will call orders. I have complained numerous times and it actually seems to be getting worse! If you are going to serve "Pros" then be a Pro yourself.

Friendlier, more knowledgeable than most other improvement stores!

I've written a few reviews on this location, and this is the best Home Depot in the area. Specifically- Jerome in Electrical, if you need any help- ask him. Just a stellar guy with incredible knowledge, and a great sense of humor. Super patient, and hard working. Guys like Jerome, make it worth shopping here over and over, and he can teach you and walk you through anything and everything.

They only hire polite and wise people! There is always someone happy to help you. Store is extremely well organized and clean.

The Store here in Bullverde has an exceptional safety culture and remarkable crew who consistently go above and beyond to aid customers in finding and getting the materials they need. There is no way to have all of the items all of the time particularly during the Christmas and New Years rush. The Customer service along ability to order too the store location for convenience pick up is a remarkable resolution for the customer. Keep up the good work!

Employees were very professional and knowledgeable of products in the Flooring Department. Julie made sure we knew what we were purchasing. I will recommend anyone to shop at Bulverde Home Depot.

I checked out in the commercial lanes. The checker could not find the price of a 10’ 3/8” re-bar so he asked me to go back with my phone to take a picture of the tag. Then he took my phone from me instead of just looking at it. I don’t appreciate that in this time of covid. Then he told me no veterans discount on the small plumbing parts that I was buying. I didn’t have time to go elsewhere today but I should have.
