Unlike other Home Depots this one is great the employees actually care and if they notice that you need help they will ask you it doesn't take 30 minutes to find the employee like other Home Depots to get help this is an amazing store

Candy at customer service is the nicest and most helpful employee. I really appreciate Home Depot for their help and support in my purchase of appliances and the follow up.Great customer service.

This location is my new favorite because of the customer service and attentive team. I always have a good experience shopping at Home Depot location in Fort Worth, but even though this is little far to drive for me, I'll choose this Home Depot in Burleson in future.

This is my favorite Home Depot location! The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They go above and beyond for you when you need it. I just gave very high marks for customer service and help I received today at Burleson HD on a survey. Today I was blessed with a truly an amazing experience. Blake and Robb made it happen, the garden shop manager and her associate pulled the day together, and the equipment rental guys were right on the case and it all came together perfectly ! Burleson Home Depot is my new primary favorite store from now on because of the customer service there!

Great customer service! Steve was willing to help us find what we were looking for. He was very helpful.

Purchased 24 fence panels 3-14-2021. I had made arraignments for a contractor to pickup and install the fence that I purchased. The nice gentleman at the checkout was very good with customer service, and he told us to just come back with our receipt when we were ready to pick it up and they would get a forklift to help us load it. When our contractor arrived at this facility, they were told that I had already picked up the product. Our contractor called us and handed the phone to the customer service clerk. The clerk who talked to us on the phone was very rude! She kept saying this was not handled the proper way and that the gentleman who helped us should have told us to get it on willcall at customer service and that they would have to email AP and have them check their cameras... all while my contractors are waiting.I told the clerk to check her inventory and that I didn't just walk out the store with 24 fence panels in my pocket. I understand problems happen, however I don't appreciate being spoken to like I've stolen something especially after I just spent $1,000. The manager on duty did nothing to treat me like a valued customer, she had very poor customer service skills, placing me on hold several times without even saying proper phrases like "one moment please while I place you on a brief hold" she would just say "hold on" and disappear putting us on hold. 3 different times we spoke with her part of her greeting to us was an exaggerated phrase "oh I'm having a blast today, aren't you?" Finally, To solve our own problem, we repurchased the panels over the phone so that our contractor could finally leave after an hour waiting at the store, and the manager told us that once they review the cameras and confirm we did not pick up the other panels we would get a refund. After all of that, they called us back to tell us they only had 18 panels in stock so that is all our contractor left with (when we needed 24). After 2 transactions of $2.000 total, no one ever offered a solution to our problem. We will not be shopping at this Home Depot again. We will see if we ever get our refund.

Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The store was clean and isles were not crowed wit products. all employes were very friendly.All are a great asset to this store! The only name I have are remerber was Connie.

Absolutely horrific customer service at this location. Specifically the door department.

This store is always a place to shop for great products and to have a great time! The employees that I frequently talk to are always greeting me by name and making feel very happy when I come in. I truly appreciate this store Wes. Keep up the great work!!

Worst customer service

Since I had no experience regarding the project I was working on, Russel was invaluable with all the right answers and product choices.

I live in Burleson and it's nice that I have a few options when it comes to big box stores but I find myself at this Home Depot more and more because I always find what I'm looking for here. Today I was in need of some very specific metallic paint for a project that I'm doing for one of my customers and the staff in the paint department did an outstanding job matching the paint that I brought in and made an exact match that I will be able to use through my paint sprayer to save time and labor, which is always a plus for me as a business owner and for the customer. The help I received was quick, effective and the staff was very professional. Even the other customers that where patiently waiting for their turn, or for their paint they ordered, where all in good spirits.

THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND COVID RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE. I FELT VERY SAFE AND FINDING WHAT I NEEDED WAS EASY. EVEN THE RESTROOM WAS SPOTLESS! I SHOP HERE OFTEN AND THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Usually the store associates are helpful and friendly but today was the exact opposite. Not sure what happen but if they are that unhappy them maybe stay home.

By far my favorite store of them all. I know many of the employees and always happy to help me. Thank them all for me. Only because im practically there daily..
