This store has some very very good employees who have been with them for a long time, so they know what they are doing, and they care about customers.

I will sum it up in a few words: ex·cel·lence /ˈeks(ə)ləns/ noun the quality of being outstanding or extremely good.

Always have what I need. Good service at a fair price. I'm a fan!

As far as supply stores go, this store is my choice because of convenience, location and size. Recently, however, because of the over-hyped response to the (dum, dum, dum) "PANDEMIC", this store has turned into a circus,...and not the fun kind, but the bizarre kind. Waited 15 minutes outside to go into a store where I couldn't find a heavy-duty cart, because ALL the heavy-duty carts were scattered about the store with 'curbside' pick-up orders. The employees act as if they are doing you a favor by being there, never mind the fact that I go to work on a daily basis, too, and I don't expect the public to thank me for it. Products in the aisles instead of their respective slots, carts of merchandise scattered about, empty slots where lumber should be, employee rudeness, among other things are going on here. I recommend this store because this is a good store to shop at when they (Home Depot) isn't falling into the Orwellian world.

Normally a great place to shop. Just don’t expect anything when trying their advertised curbside pick up. Oh and don’t bother calling. They just hang up.

The store was clean and organized, in every department, from lumber to paint, I was helped, and check out was a brezze. The is the best home deport in the area.

There is a new employee, named Rebecca, that has gone above and beyond 2 of the last 3 times I've been in this store. She is new, but she has the customer service part down!

The store is clean the parking lot is not cluttered with carts, there is usually enough help to assist you if you need help. Check out is quick. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable

We were greeted immediately as we entered the store. The store was well stocked and clean. We were asked by several employees if we needed help finding anything and everyone was very friendly. Jeffrey at checkout was so very awesome! He smiled and talked to us the whole time and was very personable. I hope he's there every time we come back! An employee like that, in today's world, is a rare find.

Associates are friendly and professional. The store is designed as to find items you need easily.

The Burleson Home Depot is understaffed with unqualified rude employees and has the worst customer service. My family and I will no longer be shopping here. A star was required in order to submit this review. I would actually give 0 star!

The store was clean and I needed an item in the plumbing department. A nice store employee helped me choose the right flapper for my toilet and explained to me how each one is different.

The woman at the Pro Desk went out of her way to help me. 9-19-19 at 3 p.m. with info on a bulk cement purchase I only wish I had gotten her name

This store is handly and easily accessed from my home. I enjoy the friendly employees that work there. The garden department is my favorite and the ladies that work in there are always helpful with what I am looking for.

I quit going to the store nearest me and go drive further to the Burleson store as employees are so much better than most on the store in South Ft Worth on I35 south.

After over a month of being without our lawnmower left in the care of the tool rental department and having to request our own follow up, we paid and received our item back only for it to not truly be fixed. It was given back in the exact same broken condition.

The store was very clean, the employees were wonderfully respectful and seemed really cheerful. Although I did not get the hedge trimmer of my choice, because it was out of stock, I left happy, with one of lesser value. I love shopping at this Home Depot!

Employees offered and loaded riding mower with no problem and gladly did it! Help is easy to get when it is needed anywhere in the store!
