We needed some toilet insides and couldn't believe the hundreds of choices!! Yikes! But, down the plumbing isle comes PJ, with another customer, so we got his attention and he was so kind, and smart and totally helped us figure out what we needed, and he was helping two more people while walking away to another isle. We walked out of that store together saying, "Could you believe That guy??" (In unison !)

2 exceptional employees, both of Somali extraction, make Home Depot Burnsville an exceptional store. While I don’t know their names, the first person is a VERY tall lankey and very strong man who frequently helps with loading. He PROACTIVELY goes out of his way to assist customers with a cheerful attitude. The second individual is a younger woman (wears traditional black clothing) and frequently works self checkout. She again is proactively helpful, fast and efficient an resolving checkout issues.

Jake was extremely helpful during the check out process. When he knew that I was making a business purchase he asked if I would be interested in learning about their commercial Pro Rewards card...in the end the benefits were considerable and I agreed to apply for the card. The process was painless and Jake worked through everything efficiently, he had great knowledge of the process and was very respectful of my time, expediting the process to the extent that he could. I would strongly recommend anyone who makes a lot of purchased at HD, consider speaking with Jake about a commercial card.

This is my 2nd trip to purchase appliances and the employees both times were helpful and knowledgeable.

I waited in flooring/blinds for almost 20min waiting for someone. Bunch of employees didn't know my answer. Paged someone 3 times on speaker system..including an MOD and no one showed up. Lost a sale on over 25 blinds for re-doing my house. Worst experience in retail ever.

I was at home depot looking for plumbing assitance and with little knowledge on drains I was able to find a solution and also a little more knowledge for the future.

Burnsville store which I like the customer service it's far away from where I live but I keep coming back to the store I ordered dishwasher, the employee Steve Gerke help me so much to understand what I am looking for, thank you so much for your help. and the store looks clean, tidy, orderly.

John and Kathy were great to assist with my barn and fence painting needs. Definitely would recommend and will return for more paint if needed

After being unable to locate an item that the website said was available and in stock in store, multiple associates and supervisors attempted to find the item. When unsuccessful they pulled the individual items to make up the promo pack and match the price. Others even tried to help. Everyone seemed inclined to help!

I love my Burnsville Home Depot it’s the best one around that is clean well stocked and employees actually seem willing to help and you can easily find them.

Rod from plumbing kindly helped me with cutting and assembling a PVC stand for my birds and find things around the store, and Katelyn the cashier was absolutely lovely to talk to! This is by far the best Home Depot to go to! Everyone is always so kind and knowledgeable, never belittling, and it’s just such a nice environment! 10/10

Did not notice a trim piece I bought was sold as a length and not linear foot. Manager decided it was better I pay 7 dollars for the piece than be concerned with any future purchases I will make. Updating my home for the last 2 years and spend thousands of dollars per year in paint, appliances, trim, sheet rock electrical supplies, and on and on.

Eric helped us cut window blinds and he had us laughing the entire 15 minutes. It was a joy to have had him help us and he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. Excellent Eric! Never give up on the polka dot window blinds but not until you spray paint them first!

I shop at Home Depot often and am constantly surprised by how friendly the staff is and how often new products are brought in.

Dan Rodgers is helping me funding the right size bit that I need and I had no idea which was the one. Thank for coming up to assist me again.

We bought Samsung washer and dryer for delayed delivery. We need the dryer side vented and Samsung sells a kit to do that. Other local retailers would install that kit, Home Depot does not offer that service and could not tell how to get it done. Samsung 1-800 was useless in helping as well. Samsung chat help is a joke. After a couple hours of calling local appliance repair outfits I found one that said "yes" we can help with that. So now I have two installs for the same dryer. Home Depot will drop it off and put it in place one day. And the next day or later the local service tech will come out and install the kit. Sales folks in the store were very good, this is a company problem and not a complaint about the folks in the store.

The Home Depot Team at this location - Burnsville, MN - are incredibly helpful, kind, courteous and professional. The store is clean, well-stocked and very organized. This must be a great place to work because all of the Team Members are smiling :)

I bought a washing machine, dryer and dish washer with 5 years protection plan. I'm so happy I did.

This location is notorious for my purchases to not ask a question of 'Do you want an electronic receipt' and pushing no to this question to speed up their checkout times. Talking was held to a minimum by the cashier. It made me feel as if they are only there to get your money as quickly as possible, and to interact with a human was a problem they wanted to avoid. This has happened 9 out of 10 shopping instances at this location during the past year.

Tami helped show me new products in Paint. She answered many questions. She helped me to save time and money and yet get a better product.

Sales Cashier, Jeffery, Did a wonderful job being patient, helping apply for credit card and ensuring that we got everything we needed

Lonnie was so pleasant, sharp, knowledgeable, helpful checking me out!

Burnsville Home Depot always delivers...it is not our store of choice (even when it's not the closest). Service, people, customer service, special orders, they get it right for us and we appreciate it!

Customer service is great at this store. Rhett from flooring is very helpful, Tim and Rod are also very helpful. They work with you to find what you need.
