I am a contractor and Cameron, Jack and Dan at the Pro Desk have been working with me many years on preparing and scheduling loads of material for my jobs. I can’t think of anything I was disappointed!! They are always on the ball with bids, material amounts, always willing go the extra mile to make there customers happy! I know that because all the other contractors I know that work with the guys at the Pro Desk talk about there experience and professional relationship with Cameron, Jack and Dan. They have a lot of knowledge on what they do and pretty much know where everything is in the store!! These guys are the reason I like coming to this store!! All the other Home Depot stores should take notes from the Burnsville store Pro Desk! These guys are awesome!!

Each and every time I have gone to this store there is always someone there to help. This last experience was fantastic. Jonathan helped me pick out a snowblower in my budget and talked to me for about 20 minutes in store about the model I was looking at. That was a few weeks ago, today I called and he chatted with me for about 10 minutes, and tonight when I went to pick it up, he again showed me how to work it, run it, and helped load it into the car.

Ordered kitchen countertops and sink from Home Depot 1/5/2020. Worked with Steve Gerke in Kitchen and Bath and had a great experience! Thank you Steve!

This is my local go to Home Depot for just about anything. The service desk is always staffed with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Throughout the store its never hard to locate a member for help. The aisles are wide and well laid out, has always had what I need and if not they can special order. It's THE place to go in Burnsville! They always make me feel welcome and want my business and that it's appreciated. I know when I shop there that's its going to be a good experience. Can't ask for more from a store.

Home Depot, Burnsville is my favorite store for all projects big or small. It is where I got all my appliances, flooring, paint and shelving to update the new home we bought as well as our rental unit. Besides, this is my go-to store when I need tools small and big from tape measure and screws to snow blower and table saw.

I went to the store to buy an Ariens Duluxe 24 snow blower. They had 6 in stock two days earlier. I drove 15 miles and the snow blowers were already sold and ready for pickup in the customer service area. The employees Bill and Toby were outstanding. They located another Deluxe 24 at the Chaska store and completed my purchase. They called Chaska to confirm immediate pickup. I drove to the Chaska store where Caleb and Nate were also outstanding at finding my purchase and helping me load it in my truck. Home Depot employees are the best in the industry. I will drive out of my way to shop at Home Depot

Associates are very attentive and helpful. I must say they are best at what they are doing. I recommend everyone to go to this location. :)

I have been a frequent visitor of this store for 20+ yrs. The associates seem to enjoy working there because i have seen a lot of them for yrs. Yvonne is one that has been at the customer checkout for yrs and she has always been helpful and positive. If the is a place where a positive experience is needed it is when your about to leave it and yvonne provides that each and every time.

The Home Depot store #2809 in Burnsville, Minnesota is a well organized, well stocked store, where the employees are knowledgeable, well trained and helpful.

The location is easy to find. The store is very clean. There is always someone to help you find something and to answer all your questions. They have several cashiers which makes the lines smaller and faster to check out. Friendly employees throughout the whole store.

For a big store it has the old timey local atmosphere. Its rewarding to return and see the same faces year by year.

The store is always well maintained. The employees are always very helpful.

Back when there was a full, knowledgable staff, this was a good hardware/home improvement place. Now? No assistance in the aisles, no live cashiers (just a watcher and one commercial lane cashier), and not even full stock. Not what this kind of store should offer.

Pleasant atmosphere.

I bought 10 moving boxes and the guy at checkout charged me for 100 and sent my receipt in email. When checked later I found that i was charged way higher amount that I should have charged. This story has some employees that are not as responsible as they should be be. I would not go to this store if I want better service.

Randi was Awesome at every turn...she help us navigate the anxiety and frustration of making big purchases like appliances....even though she seemed to be a little tired, she didn't allow her fatigue to take away from a great customer experience. Her patience allowed us to feel comfortable enough to purchase a washer, dryer and refrigerator. Jeff was also great at seeking the answers we couldn't find, in a polite, understanding, and professional manner. Thanks for loving your job, or at least pretending to...

i f your looking for paint the Behr line is very good. Next look for Larry in the Burnsville store, very knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of the way to help you.

My wife and I went to the store to design and Order cabinets for our basement bar. The overall process went very smoothly and we were extremely impressed with the knowledge of the gentlemen we were working with to design the cabinets. We would highly recommend working here and see what your space could look like!

HD Burnsville continues to be more customer oriented - friendly and helpful with a good selection of products. More employees ask customers if they are in need of help finding products.

I had two transactions to complete in one visit and both exceeded my expectations. The first was a return. The employee at the service desk executed the return in record time and did it with an amazingly positive attitude. My second mission on the trip was to get some shelves for a white melamine cabinet. The shelves needed to be 28" wide, which is not a standard width. An amazingly helpful man entered the aisle exactly when I needed him and said, 'we can cut those for you.' I took him up on the offer and walked out of the store 5 minutes later with six 28" shelves. Mission accomplished. And all with really nice employees. Best tript to Home Depot ever.

Everyone there seems to be knowledgeable

If your shopping for appliances ask for Sam, she is super knowledgeable and very friendly. She successfully restored my wife's and I faith in Home Depot.

It's too bad you can't get decent service from any of the two major Lumber yards. You can't even get anyone to look at you. The staff all look scared or seem irritated when you ask them for help. When you do find someone to help, they usually deflect you by claiming it's not their dept. What can you do? Options are limited to shop from. I mostly shop in the lumber dept. and wow is it brutal. Step up your customer service and either train your employees to better understand where things are and most important, ask if your being helped.

Easy to find items and lots of friendly employees that are eager to help! Clean store and well stocked.
