With that amount of customer with was almost zero, I could not get assistance for more that 35 minus after 3 attempts. Finally the manager came and said that his name was Steve. I explained the situation and asked for an explanation. In response Steve told me that he understands that it was unacceptable to wait for 35+ minutes with no customers in the store but the issue was that I did not see that the workers were busy in a back because of the situation in the World. I was standing there speechless. I asked again to confirm that I did not get an assistance for all this time just because is happening in the world? He said "yes". I asked why even open the store then if you can't assist your customers. He said "because we have to". No apology , nothing. I said that I have a video of the workers walking around with no work in the empty store and I am going to post it everywhere on the social media . Steve just was standing there with no reaction at all. I could not believe that I was still in America. Needless to say that I will never return to this store again. I still cannot believe how Steve was hired to be a manager without any manager's skills. He lets down the whole company. I still could not believe his explanation of the terrible customer service service they provided. - they opened the door because they had to but could not assist because of everything that is going on in the world.

I needed assistance finding bathroom lightbulbs with a very narrow "screw" or "base." I was browsing with a relative when the associate noticed us and walked over to ask what we were searching for. I showed him a picture on my phone and he immediately knew where the product (with the correct size) was located and asked me relevant questions (wattage, daylight vs. soft light, etc.) to help me hone in on what I was looking for. Saved so much time and got me in and out which I--and anyone--could appreciate any time, but especially after a long day at work. I am sorry that I didn't catch his name, but thank you, kind sir!

The store had a nice amount of employees to ask questions. Everything was easy to find, and everybody is very helpful.

I go to this store and the Port Richmond store. Like the staff at both. Customer Service works for us.

Had to visited the Bustleton Store #6866, because having gone to the Roosevelt #4112 store which did not have most of the items on my shopping list, and after an Employee had requested by PA System, for someone from Plumbing to help another customer and myself, we gave up, she moved on and I left. Because the the Roosevelt #4112 store is always crowded, and products are not in stock or at the assigned location, or incomplete, and in aisles with carts Full of items/products to be restocked, this store has to hire more people or limit the number of customers, if a number of employees are absent due to COVID-19. Later on , Corporate must consider enlarging the the Roosevelt #4112 store (add an "ELL" shape store addition) and having two aisles for some departments rather than the standard one aisle. Thank you

Have been shopping at this Home Depot location for decades (since it opened) and would go nowhere else. Have purchased roofs, HVAC systems, appliances, etc., etc. and have always found your products, facility, available stock of varied items, your location, your convenient hours, and especially your informed, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, ONE & ALL ALWAYS, to be extraordinary in all of our 70+ years of life & 50+ years of marriage. KUDOS & CONGRATULATIONS & GRAZIE & CENT ANNI for being such an amazing corporation, and for having such extraordinary people, and for being such an extraordinary asset to our community.

The customer service at this store is abysmal. I understand that they're busy during the pandemic but employees should be trained to at least "pretend" they like their jobs and treat customers with respect.

The customer service there is just the worst . To berate people for not having exact change is ridiculous(not me the older gentleman is front of me in line ).I went though the cashiering process not word was said no greeting ,nothing . Just stick their hand out to collect money .awfu!!!

Exceptional staff and service. Checkout with Tamika, the star employee that never has a bad day. She is professional and courteous and probably needs a raise. Can't wait to go back.

Tina (I think this was her name) went above and beyond during a very busy Sunday during the corona virus pandemic. She was covering 2 departments (both with long lines) and remained kind and helpful to all waiting customers.

Store was nicely organized, employees friendly. An employee, Stan, approached me as I was looking for what I needed and assessed my need left me, came back in a minute or so with the exact item I needed.

The store was very clean, especially compared to other warehouse stores. All the employees I met were very helpful and kind to me. I only give praise where it is due and this store definitely deserves it more so than any other home improvement in the area.

There is an employee there named AJ who just gave me the best customer service experience I have ever had at a Home Depot store. Happy that there are still good people out there who know how to take care of customers. He took my phone call, researched the product and when I arrived attended to me in a friendly and professional manner. It felt liket I had my own personal shopper! He even carried the merchandise to the front for me. This guy is a keeper. I will literally go back there just because of him even though another store is closer. I hope you realize what an asset you have in AJ, Home Deport management!
