This store is a great store just a downfall of not having what I needed in stock was a bummer. But other than that some of the employees I dealt with were very knowledgeable about the stuff I needed , also the girl Krystal at customer service was very sweet and greeted me right away. Not sure if she is a supervisor or not but her whole attitude was great. Thank you so much

The associates were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and customer service driven. Joey in flooring went above and beyond with helping us order a custom sized rug. We cannot be more appreciative!

If you need help finding your way around or good advice , ask for Leigh . She is the best ! She saved the day for me and my family !

Make sure you visit Joe upstairs in the new appliance section. He is kind, friendly, and knows his stuff. Being a single older female, he didn't ask if I needed help with getting my purchase to my vehicle. He automatically retrieved an attendant who also, was kind and put the microwave in my car.

Been a loyal, faithful, consistent Home Depot customer for over 3 decades, and will continue to be so. You stores, your products, your staff, their knowledge, their competence, their courtesy, your prices & your convenience FAR EXCEED those sadly missing and meager qualities at other stores. HOME DEPOT IS THE BEST!!! THE EMPLOYEE IN PLUMBING AREA FOUND PRODUCT I HAD BEEN TRYING TO FIND FOR TWO WEEKS...KUDOS !!!

If you go to this location I definitely would look for Joe F. He is a retired navy man and so very nice and so helpful!

All the staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Torrey! I drove to this store because they had a product in stock my local one did not but seeing the difference in service at this location vs my closer Home Depot...I'll drive the xtra couple minutes to come here!

While the only cashier was trying forever to help someone start a credit card account, the line grew and it took 20 minutes or more for that cashier to finish that one sale, I and all others behind me had to wait patiently.

ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, JOE M. WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SOLVING A PERPLEXING PLUMBING PROBLEM!

The store is very clean and the employees are very cheerful and helpful at all times.

I walked around the store for 30 minutes looking for someone who knew how to use the wood cutting machine. The only associates I could find were cashiers and didn’t know how to work the machine or locate anyone who did. Don’t go at night if you need service.

I have an order Your Home Order W930945306 at the Bustleton Ave Store #6866 customer service desk . I went there but they didn’t find my safe . It is just disappeared. I wait for two weeks for nothing. Thanks Home Depot, I spent more than 12k this year with you . But I think this is the last time to deal with Home Depot

while this store is nowhere near my home, I ventured in here as I needed a few things after a meeting. I was greeted by the best employee (he had a great cowboy-ish hat on and was in a wheelchair, I wish I caught his name!). he helped me so much I wouldn't have been able to find everything I needed without him...including my shopping list! he was so gracious and kind even with my completely exhausted, overnight shift haze. and he wasn't the only one...every employee I asked for help was splendid.

The staff at this location are friendly and knowledgeable of the products although some products were not available and the lumber is not to useable.

IT WAS A TOTAL WELL DONE EXPERIENCE FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN. GREETED WITH A GOOD MORNING AND HELLO FOLLOWED WITH IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I CAN DO FOR YOU TODAY?

Few staffs aren’t helpful one guy is not even trying to look for the product when inventory shows 90pc in stock

Store caulking aisle smells strongly like insecticide. Smell goes deep into your lungs. Don't shop there.

People are absolutely great customer service is the best I’ve seen especially the pro desk staff Eric Michell James Igor they are the best and they are the reason I’m doing all my construction company business and purchases with them

The bustleton store is the BEST!!!! friendly and helpful employees - josh - ed statkowski - and others...michelle - heather --- your store is the friendliest and the best in town. I always said I could live in Home Depot. The store makes me happy as soon as I walk in the door!
