Absolutely fantastic

Just started a new project on something I have never done before. Thank to Steve in paints, my job was a success. Kudos to Steve in paints, you were just doing your job, but you do it with care and knowledge and we appreciate you!!!!

I came in close to closing time was the staff was consistently friendly and helpful instead of using closing as an excuse.

We went And bought some beautiful things for our bathroom renovation project and we had the best shopping experience with the staff. They were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable, especially Mr James and Sheri.

I was in dire need of an umbrella table ring. Mine was lost after last year's pack up. We had an event later that day and had to be able to put up the patio umbrella.

I purchased a gas can and some shade resistant feed and seed for my lawn. I was able to find everything any check out in about 20 minutes. It was just the right amount of busy for a Tuesday evening. The employees were helpful and very friendly.

Anna is an exceptionally good agent at check out. She went above and beyond her normal duty. I appreciate her concern and honesty along with her knowledge about how to use my debit card for future purchases. Thanks Anna!!!

The home depot is great. The 1 cashier for the whole store and the manager pretending not to be the manager suck...

Answer the phone, we cannot always rely on the website to confirm inventory of seasonal items like firewood.

They do sell crystal water.

Wasn’t treated like a customer when I had information trying to call the store for product that I brought you kept hanging the phone up on me.

Malei H. also known as Blue showed true compassion and humanity while aiding a customer with her needs. The customer was stressed and had a time crunch to return a truck so Blue reached out and advocated for the customer to get extended time. Kudos!!!

Every time I visit this locations I’m always greeted, I don’t even have to ask for help they are always so kind and friendly and very eager to assist,I love that each trip is in and out no problems, keep up the great work

I went to the capitol Heights Store to purchase a Christmas Tree I saw on the website. As soon as I entered the store, I met Ramona who was very pleasant, patient, answered all my questions. Lastly she took me to the Christmas Tree display area and showed me all the trees and their various functions. Once all my questions were answered, she took me to where the boxes were, picked up the box and placed it on my cart.

Ms Nyla at the Customer Service Desk is the young lady to see if you ever need a friendly face, patient assistance and kindness with a smile. With so many awful things going on in our communities, it’s always a good feeling when you meet employees willing to assist, while being pleasant, helpful and quick. Ms Nyla, thank you!

I came to the store to purchase vinyl plank flooring there was not an associate available to assist me there were many orange aprons walking around and they all said let me find someone to help you no associate ever came to assist the associates that said they would try to find someone to assist me never return to see if I had been helped I had to push 20 cases of vinyl plank flooring to the front of the store to check out as a woman that is disgraceful this door is the worst Home Depot of them all and I refuse to shop there ever again

The best time to shop at this store is early in the morning when they open. During this time of the morning, you are guaranteed to get help. The cashier that checked me out, was very personable and friendly. 6:00 am is the best time to shop at this location!

Erica K in the flooring department is an outstanding employee she worked with me to get the products I need for installing a new shower and floor for my bathroom.

Home Depot was nice the people where so friendly Marcus the Supervisor went above and beyond to make sure I got my spray paint

Today I met 2 of the nicest people, Mr Ghide and Ms Erika. Mr Ghide went out of his way to retrieve an item from the top storage shelf for me. Ms Erika was extremely friendly and pleasant at the checkout counter. Overall, a very enjoyable experience today!

This Home Depot Capital Heights location seems to have more items available than some other locations. They normally offer more than one human checkout line which moves quickly and friendly. Not as neat or clean as other Home Depot locations.
