I'd only recommend this store to tell someone if they need help to find KEN lol jk, but he was very helpful. The rest of the employees gave average service (helpful but average only because most seemed like they were just working to work for the money & could care less about checking with customers to see if they needed anything or smiling, etc.), but I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond and he did just that! He helped me by calling another store and everything, and another guy helped me and handed me what I was looking for. The store was clean.

This store has the worse customer service. There are some good people working there but there are also a lot of rude employees. I hate this store and I only go in it when I need something quickly and still have a bad experience somehow.

Very friendly associates despite the pandemic scare. I complemented that by wearing my own PPE before and during my visit to the store.

Staff isn't helpful or friendly there. I prefer going to the Upper Marlboro store, much nicer, staff is considerably better, and the store in general is much neater and well stocked.

Self checkout was very clean and inviting, all because of ms Tai.. walked up to self check out and she had a rag in hand wiping the machines down... greatly appreciate her concern for others health and safety.. cudos

The staff that assisted me earned an A+. The store seems slightly unorganized and at times under staffed. While they are stocking it blocks a great deal of items your shopping for. Lastly, I dislike the computerized checkout it’s slow. I prefer a real person.

I received outstanding customer satisfaction from Home Depot Representative Ms. Taira who kindly explained all my questions and expedited my purchase process. As a customer, I am totally satisfied and value the high professionalism of the Staff at Home Depot of 150 Hampton Park Blvd.

The cashier MALEI showed great work ethics.

I asked the sales associate to show me the drills, this bamma told me to wait a minute!! These people sold me a used drill!!! I do not like the trickery or rude salespeople!! Check your stuff before you leave their sorry store!!

Ms Sunmi was awesome by assisting me in finding 2 items and has a pleasing personality, she went the extra mile in assisting me. Mr Tavien was amazing in making sure that he rung me up quickly and efficiently. When I asked for a manager to say great things about her store, Ms. Ashley came immediately. The store is very clean, organized and overall, very proffesional.

Products are reasonably priced but some of the associates attitudes are very undesirable.

I found everything I was looking for within minutes of getting the store. Assistance was immediately available. I did not have to look for someone to help me. That was a 10 by itself. The store was clean and the two associates that helped me were friendly and helpful. Let's just say my trip was a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10. Thank you Capitol Heights!

I travel to this store a lot ad usually I find everything I'm looking for. The service is good and the store is well stocked. When I have asked for help I usually got it. There is just about anything you need for your home improvement projects.

If you need any floor, go see Audrey in flooring department. She knows it all!

The associates are nice for the most part. They have comparable deals to Lowe's and will try to price match if you talk to management.

this store needs help. it is usually in disarray. there are some considerate employees - but also some that try to avoid answering questions.
