This store is friendly and easily accessible . I shop here frequently. Recently I bought your Ryobi weed eater with the brushless motor. Love it. Bought a lawn mower this year and all my remodeling supplies. I like the workers here. they are helpful and cheerfully greet and assist me.

Very good Home Depot.

Replace a new water heater Rheem 12 years. The contractor is so professional. Called in advance before they came in. Gave me a reasonable quote for installation fee. I recommend the HomeDepot if you think about getting a new water heater Gas Tank.

Carla at pro check out side is always friendly and works real hard to move her line along, so people are waiting longer than necessary to check out. I always know to try and get in her line, so I can get out of there faster.

With the quarantine has changed how I shop. Home Depot has stepped up to the Covid19 problem by having drive-up pick-up of orders & online shopping orders. The store was always clean, but now when you go in you smell the cleanliness, as staff are busily cleaning carts, keypads and handrails. The Staff are always friendly and willing to help. They also speak Spanish which is helpful for Hispanic customers.

I have been going to this location for several years along with The Plano Store. I have gone to Home Depot since it came to Dallas several years ago. They have always had some really great people to help find what you need. No matter what it might be. They all can direct you to where you can find the item you need.

I had a certain shade of green in mind to paint some lawn furniture and couldn't find it in a spray paint. Eric in the paint department went above and beyond in color matching the paint to just the right shade. He took the time to explain different options and then made sure the shade was perfect. He also helped pick out supplies I would need. He was helpful and friendly. This was my first paint project so I really appreciated the time he took to make it a positive experience. Great customer service.

I will always go to this store for my purchases. The lawn and garden area had many young adults working and helping people with their purchases. They were very kind and bent over backwards to help people. Great job The Home Depot of Carrollton, Tx

It's people like Carrie that make the world a better place! And, there's Angela, in Home & Garden.,.she is always delightful and helpful whenever I come in! This is a great store!

Assistant Store Manager Daryl spent time on a hand saw to cut PVC for me. I was surprised he offered to help. I didn't tell him I had a hurt neck and I'm a pretty big guy so yeah - I was very impressed that he would do that for me and still had time to help other customers and employees.

All the employees kindly helped me find the product I wanted easily. Also, the store is clean and the products are displayed well.

Noticed this over last few weeks...appears to be a leadership change at the store. Significant turnover. Staff (young and old) lack common courtesy. When assistance is needed, staff appears to be frustrated or bothered by the request. Other Home Depot’s in the area that are not that far away...might start going there.

Printed receipts information NEVER readable! Type (ink)is to faded to read and enter sweepstakes. How can ANY ONE ever win. This is an on going problem!

i purchased a jet-tub everclean whrlpl ,the drain kit was not included, cost me $80+ on top of the $641 a real disappointment because its in the picture and is not available/one top drain piece by itself,feel robbed,there was not a problem with the store only Whirlpool

the store was well organized and the employees were knowledgeable and helpful.The cashiers were friendly especially Denise and Tammy..

Shop was clean. No dust at the timber cutting machine. Rubbish and saw dust all swept and in the trash can. The man who served me went out of the way to make sure I did not buy the wrong wood.

This store has excellent customer service...Darrell, Josh, JT, Avignon, Ana--all super employees that way above and beyond to make this customer super happy!!!!
