Garden Center…. Over 20 people in line outdoors with ONE cashier. After 10 minutes a second cashier opened her register. There was a third register that was closed. Sunny, 86 degrees and hot. Bring shade and water with you.

HD says has policy of not allowing payments with Store Credit not issued to you, not even your spouse, so they keep the money. Also, if you get gift certificate, and happened to return item, you get Store Credit, and can’t get gift card, therefore locking the money to only one person.

Every time I come to Home Depot I am able to find someone to give me location directions or advice on my current project supplies. Majority of employees at least greet me when passing one another.I find that each section provides me not only with what I am looking for but a variety of options I may have never known about otherwise. If that confuses me, there is usually someone within an aisle or two to help with more information/directions..

i went into store at 12noon. very busy.vicki the worker was doing something,i asked a question where is certain item ,she stopped what she was doing and walked me back to item.very helpful.i asked if i could pay at service desk debbie took care of me right away.

Waited and waited and waited to get a few boards cut. Nobody showed up at the wood cutter, even after being called repeatedly on the PA. I left empty handed and wasted an hour of my life!

Ken Black in flooring was very helpful and courteous. He made the experience very quick in getting our project get going.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help you out and make sure you are all taken care of. They even ask to help you with your shopping cart to you vehicle. And they do at curve side pickup or delivery. Great job, The Home Depot.

Very pleasant store, great place to shop.

I always have a great experience at this particular Home Depot, on 3 occasions leaving the store with drywall, I was offered assistance from three separate employees to assist in putting the drywall into my SUV. Not everywhere offers this kindness.

I am impressed by the service in this location! Thank you Alex for helping me get approved for pro max credit card. For all that help with loading items to vehicle. As well as the knowledge of the people.

I would like to recognize sales cashier Kila. Me and my husband went to get gas containers and batteries for Ian's hurricane and she was very helpful and kind. Definitely would love to interact with more employees like her

Every time not go to the store I have a hard time with the employees and the managers. They are not helpful and don’t know what they’re doing!

Eric, Marc, Michael, Nigel, and Shelbea. They, as well as the entire staff (far too many to name) provide the type of customer service that makes you want to return to shop there. The staff mentioned above, are consistently providing outstanding customer service. The store is well kept and items are easy to find. If I couldn’t find anything, the staff mentioned above would help me find them. I will always shop here.

Without a reservation, the employees make my shopping so much easier. For example Shante was my sales cashier today. I was reluctant to check out since I had several items with no UPC codes. She quickly assured me it wasn’t a problem and in seconds had me checked out and out of the store. She is pleasant, friendly and makes me feel like a valuable customer. SHANTE will be my go to cashier in the future. She is an asset to Home Depot and as a shareholder, I am pleased to encounter employees like Her.

Purchased a Ryobi lawn mower. At my request, Gary assembled the lawn mower on the retail floor! Marcus went the extra mile in loading the mower into my car by providing protection so there would be no damage. Donatelly helped me throughout my visit today.

In 2020 we bought quite the fixer upper lake cottage and we have been at Home Depot sometimes a couple times a week for the past couple years! We are very familiar with the staff and very impressed by the knowledge they have on where everything is and if they don’t they will find someone that can help us.

Lloyd and the Garden Center Staff are exceptional! They greet a customer within a very short time of arrival, are very knowledgeable, will take the time to listen to the customer's questions, project and offer extremely helpful suggestions, recommendations. Their plants are healthy and beautiful. My entire Garden Center shopping experience was very pleasant and the guidance I received invaluable! There is no home improvement store like Home Depot.

Horrible experience with a chain saw rental. The saw was dull and in poor mechanical condition. Then when I returned the saw and explained to two different employees about the issues I was having with the saw they seemed to think it was funny. Not happy at all and certainly won't rent another one. Had to get a manager to fix the issue. Pamela was very helpful, very professional, and took care of it for me.

Purchased a garage door opener which they had in stock just the one I needed and set me up for installation at a reasonable price and a quick install. Will continue using Home Depot for all my future home improvements.
