I am wanting to repaint both my kitchen and dining room. Butch in the paint department was very friendly, informative and patient in helping find the right paint color and brand. I will definitely be back because of his exceptional service!!!!

I've shopped numerous times at this store over the last several months while doing a home project. It's always busy with good merchandise, clean aisles and very helpful employees.

I had to make a small purchase today in Home Depot and upon checkout realized I did not have my tax exempt card for the school I work for and was worried about paying taxes. Shante took care of this by simply offering to try my phone number. It was linked. Something I did not realize. Way to go Shante! Not a lot in taxes but was a great help!

There was a price difference between online and the store price but Danielle took it upon herself to do the right thing without any pushback or hesitation. Great Job

We were greeted upon entering and while lingering in an aisle an employee offered my mother and I assistance. The cashier was professional, friendly and courteous. The store was very clean and organized. Great experience.

Clean store, helpful employees, well stocked

I was immediately greeted, offered a shopping cart and guidance re: a Toro cordless trimmer per my inquiry by a very personable greeter named Vicki. She was pointing me in the right direction to the proper aisle and also a Toro model that had just been placed on sale near the front door. She saw a fellow associate, Chris Rojas, who took over and helped me buy the trimmer, strap and extra line. I lucked out and bought the perfect model for me which happened to be the sale model. My friend has a lawn company and recommended the Toro brand to me. I am recently widowed and retired on a fixed income and appreciate the cheerful assistance from these two helpful associates, a senior and a youngster. Good combo! They listened to my needs and did not try to upsell me or rush me. I am very pleased with my purchases. Thank you both.

We've shopped at this location since we moved to Florida in 1982. It's a good store.

The parking lot is not as large as other Home Depot's, but had no problem finding a parking space. Home Depot Associate greeted me at the door and asked if I need help finding what I was looking for. The store was clean and easy to find my items to complete my repair. The shelves were stocked with product. Extremely satisfied with THE HOME DEPOT # 0245 TAMPA.

I would not recommend this store based solely on today's experience. My whole experience today is focused on the disrespectful attitude and actions of the cashier who checked me out, Wyannah. When I held out my military ID for her to see she didn't say anything. When I said "I have this", she quipped back to me, "I see it". There was no "thank you for your service" or anything appreciative like every other time I've been in this, or any other Home Depot. When the transaction was complete she had already turned her back on me to chat with another employee standing behind her. When the receipt printed out, she just held it out behind her for me to take. There was no "thank you for shopping at Home Depot" or "have a nice day", or anything. I took the receipt and stood there for a few seconds before saying, "thank you and have a nice day" to her, yet, she never stopped talking to the other employee and she never turned back to face me. This was truly disturbing to me and even my wife was upset by her attitude and lack of customer appreciation. The garden department employee was indifferent, at best

I used to shop at the store all the time the service, the availability of employees And attitude went down to drain. What put the icing on the cake is that I bought a air conditioning system and a water purification system. I had a lot of trouble with the air conditioning system, it was a lemon and I had a nightmare trying to get help. So I stopped going to the store and Winter lows and the service there was impeccable. The way it used to be at The Home Depot store

The store was clean and very close to my house if I needed something for a project at home.

The employee's always direct me where I need to go and usually help me find the correct parts for the job.

My only problem was the lack of product to see, we were looking for a freezer chest and only 2 were there, we did buy the one that the employee opened for us.

Parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of. The store is disorganized and cluttered. The employees are not willing to go the extra mile and help you find what you need- I was told by 2 employees 'this isn't my department you need to find someone else' The customer service at the return desk was a nightmare, spoke with 3 different employees there alone and none were willing or able to help explain the price difference between their store and the Memorial store. Was told they couldn't accommodate what I needed- even though I was sent to this store and told I would be accommodated. Would NOT recommend this location.

I always find the staff to be very helpful and that they go out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied. The store is organized and clean and it’s very easy to find help if you need it.

The associates were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I was directed and escorted to the area I needed to find what I was looking for. I like shopping at this location because even other customers get involved and share their expertise and offer suggestions. I like that

This store is closest to me and very organized, i always come here. I have noticed some new associates which is good. Employees are always friendly and willing to help you find things. Alexa was funny and upbeat.

Good selection, staff were helpful and polite, some items were in the wrong boxes but that’s people who don’t care and put items back anywhere. I do enjoy shopping at this store.

Super nice people but that does not make up for the lack of efficiency. Ultimately, efficient and nice people would be ideal but I would settle for efficient unfriendly people. Friendly people that take an hour to accomplish something is not reasonable.
