This review has to do with employee Jeremy I was at home depot today to grab some supplies for our roof. We waited about 10-15 minutes in line because of limited cashiers. Which is understandable because of covid. But our register got closed in front of us with no explanation, and we were the last guests before we reached him, and he told us to go on the other line, which would be another 10-15 minutes. We asked nicely if he can just take care of us since we were right there. He said “nope, I’m going to use the restroom bro” This was fine and all and we already were walking to self-checkout. Then for some reason he demanded us to close the register gate, and we didn’t because we didn’t open it to begin with, and it’s not our job? Now this is where it gets interesting, he walks by us and says “now ima take my sweet time bro” Then the employee started to instigate and wanted to fight us?!?!? Is there anyone we can talk to that will take this seriously?! I get having a bad day but instigating us to fight is something ive never experienced before.

Employees didn’t try hard enough to help me!! Oh give me other options!! About a grill

Great experienced going to Home Depot with the Stephanie - the cashier who helped me with my shopping - assisting me with my purchases and also expediting the payment process efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend shopping here, at Carson, CA to anyone.

I shop at the Carson, San Pedro, and Torrance Home Depot. I prefer Carson, because their employees are always helpful and friendly. I find shopping at the Carson Home Depot easier because of the excellent assistance.

Properly and orderly arranged merchandise. I know where to go to find what I need. Staff are helpful.When you inquired for something, they take time to attend and accompany you. Store are very clean.

Excellent service! (people stationed around almost every corner) Well stocked, very clean! Just make sure to come at less busy times during the day for item 'returns'. They are fast, but the line can go out the door during busy hours.

Home Depot at this location is always on their A game. I’ve been in the plumbing trade for the last 17 years of all the depots this is my to go place because of the customer service. I appreciate the help from all of your employees it speaks volume of management. Thank you all.

I love shopping at home depot #6670 and if you ever stop in there make sure you ask for Ruben in Hardware. He is very pleasant, very charismatic and very accommodating. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy and I truly appreciate that. I feel if we have more Ruben's working at all home depot with that kind and wonderful and pleasing attitude we will beat the competition hands down. Keep up the good work Ruben. You should be employee of the month because of your graciousness. Thanks again.

This store goes above and beyond to help their shoppers. I frequent the gardening department and everyone always greets you with a smile. If you require assistance and they are right there to help! Always a pleasant experience!

Be careful to check your receipts prior to leaving the store. They will overcharge by adding extra items to your purchases.

Alex at this Carson store in Flooring and Blinds was extremely helpful when I was in the process of ordering Shutters. He is confident and knowledgeable and provided me with options so that I could make a wise decision. I ordered my Shutters and I will be extremely happy once they are installed. All the employees in this store are extremely helpful and have excellent customer service skills. I will be ordering my Refrigerator and Stove from this store. I am thinking about ordering my wood floors from this store also.

Asked for help, no one ever came back. You hire inexperienced youngsters that try to do the least amount of work possible. You have to go when the veteran workers are there, because they will do what it takes to help the customer.
