Do not shop the Carson home depot

Always such a pleasant experience to shop the variety of plants in the nursery section. New types are always brought in with each season, so you just might find what's on your wishlist if you visit. Plants are well taken care of and the aisles are clean. The outdoor nursery section is easy to navigate, and the indoor garden section is right through the building sliding doors on the left. Prices are a little more expensive than local nurseries in the area, despite being a chain store. Available staff can be difficult to locate at times, as they are busy with other tasks (such as moving inventory). The nursery usually only has one cashier available, which can make for a lengthy checkout time.

The store is clean, spacious, neat looking and well organized. Sales associates are pleasing and welcoming.

This Carson location is full of super great employees. My shopping today was full of greetings and kind words from many of the employees. I really felt good shopping each department. A memorable experience. There is just one problem area with this location. Hopefully it gets worked out.

I had great customer service experience while buying an oven from that store. The Employee was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I signed up for installation. The Company that came to install asked for an extra charge of $900.00 to move the gas connection so the new oven can fit. I declined. When I went back to that store to get my installation money back. The employee in appliances insisted on deducting $50.00 which she called "trip charge". Beware before you sign up for installation!

Cashiers tend to abandon their posts. The key copy machine is hardly attended.

I usually go to this location because it's near by and I never have any issues here. The employee's are friendly and helpful. They're knowledgeable in their departments and if they're not able to help at least they direct you to someone is able too. The checkout is usually not an issue but even when it is, it doesn't take too long. I'll continue to do business here. Keep up the good work.

Amazing friendly staff! The cashier was so helpful and delighted me I think her name was Judy. Overall very welcoming !

Additional Warranties. These can be purchased online for I think most things they sell. But the cashier had no idea what I was talking about, and spent some time on Home Depot customer service line to figure out how to buy and apply it.

A very good store. My first time here was that I was very confuse because there was a lot of stuff on the selves and didn't know where to find it. I asked the employee and they just pointed out where it belongs but when I was there, I couldn't still find it so, I wish that they would've came with me and show it to me personally. The store was very clean, there was no mess or anything. Associates should be a little more helpful but they are friendly.

Please have securities look after our vehicles at this Home Depot. I have heard of thieves lurking and targeting cars that can be easily broken into.

The store is clean and tidy. I wish there were more employees to provide customers with their project needs.

This store staff and cashier are always ready to help and answer any questions and guide me to where I need to go to find what I'm looking for . And I can always count on a great shopping experience !
