BECAUSE OF A CHECK OUT PERSON [MELDA] THIS IS THE WORST HOME DEPOT. WE, ALSO, WAITED IN THE KITCHEN COUNTER TOP AREA FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR BEFORE WE FOUND OUT THAT THE PERSON WE WERE WAITING FOR HAD CALLED IN SICK. THERE WAS A PERSON SITTING AT ANOTHER DESK & SHE NEVER INFORMED US THAT THE PERSON WE WERE WAITING FOR HAD CALLED IN SICK. YOUR EMPLOYEES AREN'T VERY HELPFUL.

Had a great experience when looking and buying a dishwasher. Appreciated the personal attention given and all questions answered. I have never really been not treated well at this store.

This Home Depot has some very special people working in it. They are for the most part very helpful and friendly.

Refused to stand behind products? I purchased a fairly expensive evaporative cooler and after only five days, the water pump failed. I brought the pump back to the store, which is a 30 mile drive. Despite showing a receipt, the customer service person refused to exchange the defective part, but offered to sell me another one. After making a substantial purchase, this is no way to treat a customer.

This is the worst Home Depot in Arizona. Many of the people can't answer a basic question. If you are picking up something big, be prepared to wait an hour+ for some help.

Went to Home Depot in Casa Grande and was very happy with the service I received. Was able to receive help immediately when I needed it. His name is Gary. He took very good care of me and did not make me feel like a "stupid old lady". He had knowledge and patience. Everyone I came in contact with made feel like I was important.

Store was well stocked and the employees were very helpful

The store is clean, neat and usually has enough clerks to guide me on the right path to where I can find the smallest screw or bolt. Very friendly clerks that go out of their way to help. Let's keep Home Depot here for our small town needs, I couldn't have gotten by without them this last 12 months! Thank you Jenny Schwieterman

The manager would not honor a handwritten sign showing SKU number of product and price. When cashier rang up product the price was $50.00 higher! The manager said the sign was a mistake! Nothing could be done except to throw the handwritten sign away!

Work better on your customer service and work better to help provide more help for your customers

The store employees are very kind and helpful. It is quick service and everyone is knowledgeable.

I can usually get assistance, which I often need. I appreciate the staff's knowledge and help with no judgment. Store isles are well marked and things are usually easy to find.

This Home Depot is clean, well organized, well stocked and has plenty of helpful, friendly employees to help you.

Robin Davis was extremely helpful to us in purchasing some new SAMSUNG appliances for our home. Good products and very good prices. Met our needs 100%. The delivery team they use was excellent. I recommend the Orlando and William Team. On time, careful, and efficient.

Got all the help I needed, From Mark in the paint area and also from Cashier Erica. Great Customer service and very friendly.

I had a terrible time trying to order a product ( refrigerator) with a employee that had no clue how to run computer orders or payments. On the other hand, the young gal at customer service ( sorry can’t remember her name) was wonderful and the manager I dealt with from there on after was great, plus Robin D. in appliance area. If it weren’t for the other 3 people, Home Depot would have lost a customer for sure.

Trying to get help is difficult. Seems like everyone is overworked or something. Trying to get help on the phone is not even possible. Departments never pick up and you go round and round till you give up. Phone help is very poor.

Ordered a special order kitchen pantry arrived damaged returned and reordered same kitchen pantry. Was never notified it arrived and was sitting in the store going on 3 weeks. Ashley did call and stated if I did not pickup by close of next day it was being sent back. The voice mail message did not come through to my phone until 2 days later. I quickly called the store to be told too bad so sad it has gone back because I did not pickup. Really you know I want the pantry I reordered it h e l l o. Ashley did not offer to re-re-order it for me at this point my kitchen is still in a mess because I have been wait for the kitchen pantry. Associate could of called me the 2 weeks it was sitting in the store instead of being in such a hurry to get rid of it on week 3 with just 1 phone call to advise of it’s arrival. I had been check emails daily.

Overall ,very happy with my visit. In and out,love it
