customer service was very bad

In need of a washer fast went to home Depot bought a Maytag so happy it was in stock will be delivered in 5 days yeah I'm happy with my purchase.

I had a very especial experience at my last visit.cashier by name melissa at this store is awesome that's what cashiers attitude should always be like.

We went to Home Depot in Casa Grande Arizona to compare prices on a new refrigerator that would fit in our park model. We had shopped at a few other home stores and found that the staff was friendly and service was excellent at Home Depot. We were helped by a very nice staff member named Robin in appliance. She was able to answer our questions and concerns. We ended up buying a refrigerator from her and was very satisfied with the price and service we received.

If you're younger than Rick he won't help you! Told me to figure it out on my own since I was young enough. He even helped someone else with the same need I had right after!

Since I've lived here, I hated going to this Home Depot because the customer service sucks and would go across the street! When I needed help, there was no one to be found and if an employee was helping another customer, they would ignore me when I was having a hard time loading a cart. The customer that the employee was helping saw me struggling and helped. The cashier called for loading assistance and no one showed up after I waited for 20 minutes, so I decided to load myself. Another customer saw this and helped me load my vehicle. This is the kind of customer service you find at another department store! This is NOT what Home Depot is about! Since the new management, this store has greatly improved with customer service. Thank you Tricia for turning this store around!

I went to the store two days in a row trying to get everything I needed to open up my barbershop. I had been planning to buy a vanity as soon as the tile was done being payed in my building. I had the one chosen out I was just waiting to purchase. Before purchasing I went online and seen they had two in stock just to make sure. They couldn’t locate the vanity and then informed me they just arrived and were on the truck to be unloaded that night. I went the next day and spent an hour at customer for them to tell me they couldn’t find it again. No one seemed to really care tho just left me standing there while they “had someone looking for it.” After about an hour they informed me they didn’t have it and didn’t know when it was going to come in. They tried to locate me another one and had me waiting for another half hour trying to call stores and get a visual confirmation the other stores had some. After about 30 minutes with still no visual conformation I decided to just ask for a refund. I thought it would be an easy process but then there I was again standing for another 15 minutes at the customer service desk waiting for a refund.

Great customer service. Have been to other home improvements stores in town, and very little, if any customer service. Home Depot staff treat you with importance.

Covid19 and checkout scan guns. You have to be crazy to touch one.

The store is always clean and everyone is very helpful. Love this store! Can always find what you want or need.

Robin was great she helped us finding a new fridge answered all questions and was very patience.

We moved to Casa Grande in October and have spent a great deal of time in Home Depot. We ordered appliances, windows and window treatments as well as dozens of household items. Every employee we came in contact with was courteous and always helpful.

We purchased a gas stove and microwave today, the salesperson was knowledgeable and got us checked out quickly. Very friendly and explained our protection plan thoroughly.

Our dishwasher died. Went to HomeDepot In Casa Grande. Robin in appliances was super fantastic. She gave us all the time we needed to look dishwashers over and to decide on replacement. We ended up with exactly what we wanted, a Bosch. And good price! She could not have been more attentive. Thank you Robin.

Overall experience is not bad there are always a few bad apples everywhere. We required assistance with a question even though it was pretty simple an acknowledgement would have been nice as a simple can I help you with anything else instead of just walking by answering us and just walking away.
