The sales associate, Nichole, saved us as a HD customer. We had issues with an online appliance order and Nichole worked our issue and resolved it to our total satisfaction. Nice to see companies support their associates in delivering customer satisfaction. Well done HD.

New policy on veterans discount is a slap on those who served. Now company wants to much info , won’t accept your CO. ID as proof . Info you give will be shared , read the whole application.

As I said, I have been shopping at Home Depot for years. i enjoy coming to Home Depot. Yesterday (5/23/21) Deanna was so very thoughtful. She helped me shop! No other "hardware store" would go beyond what is expected, like Deanna did. But she did go the extra mile.

If you’re a veteran doing a large project, go to Lowe’s where you will get your full 10%. Home Depot doesn’t share that you will only get a max of $50.

Mary at the service desk was extremely helpful and the cashier was nice.

I ordered a grill online to pickup at the store and did not order it to be assembled, that way I could easily transport it and be sure to receive a brand new unit. However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that it's the store manager's policy to open and assemble all grills. We loaded the assembled grill up and I took it home. Once I unloaded it and unwrapped it, I discovered that it was significantly scratched up and also had several chipped marks. It was also very dirty and had clearly been sitting outside for a while. After driving it back to the store, I cancelled the order and did get a quick refund, which was nice. Not sure if the store was just trying to unload a pretty bad scratch/dent item at full price or not, but the employees didn't seem to think it was a big deal. They did offer to try and locate a new, boxed unit in the store but said it wasn't likely that they'd find one.

I had the most incredible experience with Lina in the blinds department. She was so kind, professional and patient. She assisted me with window coverings for our new build. Lina really knows her product. I am looking forward to enjoying my Bali motorized roller shades with Z wave. John was also very helpful if Lina isn't working.

Whatever you're looking for, find Deanna or Chicago Bob and they WILLLLL take care of you, just fantastic customer service!!!!!

The customer service is exceptional in this store. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic to work with! My husband and I are very impressed and have never experienced this type of exceptional treatment in any Home Depot in California or Arizona!

Deanna at the Store in Castle Rock was so helpful in the electrical department. Knew the products and what we needed.

Super helpful and friendly associates. One even went above and beyond to assist me with awkward items from shelf even to the car. Made my shopping trip fast and smooth.

If you need anything go find Deanna. She is awesome she was so helpful and knowledgable. She listened to what we had to say and was able to help us quickly. I will definitely be looking for her the next time I go in.

Appliance department sales person was knowledgeable and very attentive.

they need to offer the military discount on all items in the store. at this time they don't offer it on plumbing supplies. if you need plumbing supplies and want your military discount you are out of luck unless you go to the customer service dept. The customer service dept. it great thank all of you Vets for your service and go to customer service for your discount until the store changes this policy.

How is possible to loose a pickup order that is supposed to be ready for pickup? Then make the customer wait 50 minutes for you to continue to look for it then pull the product off the shelf... so ridiculous, NOT happy

Horrible experience tonight in the paint deparment. Rudest employees I've ever encountered in Castle Rock in 22 years. I did speak to a very nice manager - but she walked away while the rude employees were fixing an error in my order. Unfortunately, I will never go back after 20 years of shopping there.

I don't know which store the gentleman is associated with who helped me on the phone to resolve the issue I was having with my online order of a washing machine, but I can tell you that Alex Willie was very helpful & patient & efficient when it came to helping me untangle a very big mess regarding my order. He was also very polite & I hope he is being compensated appropriately for what I think he is worth to the company.
