One of the best in Colorado. Staff are great and knowledgeable to work with.

The lady taking care of succulents, cacti, and hanging plants was very professional--something that I did not see at another similar store in the neighborhood. Her plants looked very healthy compared to those at the other store.

Home Depot touts a "military discount" I received O.55 (fifty five cent) discount on a $31.22 Purchase this is a missleading publicity stunt. The other big box store in castle rock co provides a 10% discount for Veterans!! I am a Korean vet

The store is a mess. Inventory is often in the wrong place. The app or website will show a lot of something in stock, and when I get there they're actually totally out of stock. Coming here is consistently a waste of time.

The store associates were absolutely great in providing assistance in locating an item. They worked well as a team that is strongly customer-oriented.

The last two times I have been in this Home Depot I have seen 2-3 male employees just talking together about non-work related things and I have not been greeted or helped. The female employees have all been very helpful and friendly. I am a female and I hope not to think that there is a stereotype of females. I own a new home and am in need of many items for landscaping, etc. I do all of the work around my house.

The Castle Rock, Colorado, store has a wonderful employee in its Hardware Department. Bob is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. He knows his products and also knows what customers need. He is very committed to doing a good job and to helping his customers find exactly what is needed for their projects. He is very patient even when it is closing time. Home Depot needs more employees like Bob in Hardware! He is exceptional. The Castle Rock store is luck to have him.

The lumber guys are great trim to length, help load and always have a joke.

The Castle Rock is staffed with such fascinating and friendly staff you never know just how much fun you may have in plumbing, electrical, tools or even lumber. Things generally well organized as chaos can be, customers often never put things back in the correct bins and mix parts, staff tries to keep up. A fun store, the staff makes it great.

We received very good help selecting a new washing machine. I've given the store 5 stars but I have not had it delivered and installed yet. By the way they've served us so far, I would expect the 5 stars will be warranted after delivery and installation next week!

Manager for appliances was very rude and confrontational when we asked to speak to her about problems with delivery of a freezer we purchased. We waited 2 weeks for delivery, took day off work and they didn't show . I call and they tell me won't be delivered until at least 3 weeks from now. No calls, emails nothing.

This store is clean, has excellent knowledgeable employees, and has a great inventory.

Always plenty of friendly help in the store. Store is well stocked. Only bad thing I can mention is HD's contractor loading area is always blocked by lazy tradesmen who don't understand 'loading area only' - that's with all HD's and is not specific to this store

Great Castle Rock store! The help we received was courteous and not condescending. Without asking for it, we were also given information about the product we were looking for and what other Home Depot stores had a larger number in stock, should we come back and find that it was sold out at the Castle Rock HD.

Linda, in the Garden Center is an employee we look forward to seeing every year when we purchase our Christmas tree. She is helpful, friendly and delightful to talk to while waiting for our tree to be trimmed, wrapped and taken to the car. She works very hard outside in the cold. The work is physical and hard, yet she does it with kindness and a smile for every customer. She exemplifies outstanding customer service and anyone who meets her can see that she enjoys her job at The Home Depot. If ever there was a Home Depot Ambassador, Linda is it!!!

Curt in appliances is great! He made purchasing all new kitchen appliances very enjoyable.

I for one very much enjoy this store, and I am always helped when I ask. And it is amazing how much respect and dignity towards a store employee can go a long way. I have witnessed some real nasty people, to the point you want to say something. I have been shopping this store for years, and have always found what I need or I am assisted when I ask for help. Kudo's to this store and its employees. I will never shop that other store across I-25. Can't get anybody to help you.

Love visiting the Castle Rock store because of the warm, caring professional way they treat their customers and the excellent service they provide. Always greeting people with a smile and a helping hand! Great team and good display of leadership.
