I have been creating a beautiful yard that includes hardscape, landscape as well as specialty tools. The Home Depot and the C/S is fantastic.

We ordered major appliances, and they were delivered and installed in 3 days

I'm a truck driver, helping our country out and most people hate us and judge us and don't appreciate us , but your store did several employees thanked me for the sacrifice I make to make sure our fellow Americans and children can eat and have the finer things in life . The thanked me for 24 years of trucking service out there . My home town cedar city store are truly amazing people . Thank you guys for all you do too . Plz remember not all truckers are bad , there's bad everywhere in cops, construction, retail and wholesale lol plz keep up the good work. I love shopping at this HD! Everyone has been so kind and professional. I really appreciate the way I see employees treat one another and how they treat me, the customer.

Ordered five pallets of Lifeproof LVP flooring for our house; it was a complicated transaction. Flooring Department employees went way beyond the call of duty to make it happen, and get us all applicable sales and promotions. I wish we lived closer to this store and could shop there all the time!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The products, except for the green lumber that almost squirts water when you drive a nail in it and warps like crazy as it dries, are good and generally affordable. All lumber should be dried to at least the building code requirements and HD doesn't seem to require their lumber vendors to do this. Their warping wet wood sure makes a mess out of anything you make out of it.

If you need help at the Home Depot in Cedar city look for James or Debbie, they will take care of you.

I purchased a particular mitre saw almost a month ago that they didn’t have in stock after being told they were expecting one in just a couple days. I’ve been eyeing this saw for quite some time and it was such a great price so I purchased it. Lo and behold though no fault of the store they still weren’t able to tell me when or if it would be in. After waiting this long I asked if they would do the slightly bigger one for the price of the smaller one and Val in customer service made sure it happened. I couldn’t be happier that this frustrating situation turned out as it did! Great job Val and the Home Depot.

Had the best customer service experience in selecting a new washer. Bailey was knowledgeable and upfront and interested in giving me the best deal and service. Customer service makes all the difference.

We purchased appliances, and Kari our salesperson was the best!! Very knowledgeable and super friendly! Our cashier Donna was the best too!!

Never any help always missing I'd tags on items can not get help loading disorganized

The Home Depot in Cedar City, Utah is the best store I have experienced of all the Home Depots I have been to across the country!

We needed a new washer and decided to go with this store!

NO fotos for things they need to keep, returns I made were just the wrong part and a part faulty.

As everyone knows Home Depot lumber is perfect if you are making rocking chairs or need some quick firewood. And since they no longer offer veteran's discount on building materials what's the point of even shopping there?

I observed several associates during my visit, none of whom even greeted or acknowledged me while shopping

I go to Home Depot with my dogs quite often and they love it! It’s fun being able to socialize them, get them used to the loud noises and see lots of people who are so happy to see them! At the same time, I get to get stuff for home improvement! So fun!

I purchased insulation and some related items for our basement project. After a smooth curbside pick up I needed a few additional items for our HVAC system in our basement. I walked into the store and was met by Kole. He walked me to the area of the store where I could find my supplies and asked for additional help to get all my questions answered.

We worked with Karie in the cabinet department and she really knows her stuff. She is patient and super helpful to help us choose the perfect cabinets for our job.

Terri has helped me now with two of my appliance purchases from Home Depot in Cedar City. Both times items were on sale and she did an excellent job at getting us the right order placed even when the computer gave her trouble. She is excellent to work with, kind, and dedicated. Ask for Terri! I love her and will always ask for her to prove us service in this department.

We needed to order the item we were looking for and the customer service clerk made sure to call us and hold onto our item until we purchased it. She is very friendly and courteous. I have no hesitation going there again.

Kathy was my sale cashier. She was very helpful in helping me to sign up for a HD card and to qualify for the discounts available. I really appreciated her efforts in helping me.

All spring and summer I have been shopping for items for my yard; a new leaf blower, a back pack sprayer, hedge clippers, plants, bricks, sand, etc... and I've felt like I have got a fair deal from my local Home Depot. The associates were helpful, and I have so enjoyed getting the help I need from most of the associates. They take their time helping me, even when looking for light bulbs! Wished I could have got the names of those of my favorite helpers, but none the less, I have had the help I've needed, and I am appreciative of that.
