The Store Associates are courteous, helpful and friendly. The bathroom s are always clean. On several occasions I have been offered a cold bottle of water on a hot day.

If you're able to find Will working in the store, he has the best customer service I've experienced in a Home Depot.

All the employees that I talked too were extremely helpfully and cheerful. The checkout lady, Robin, is great.

Recently I went into the Cedar City store in need of various plumbing supplies. The elderly gentleman who helped me was patient, knowledgeable and was an excellent help to me.

During this particular visit, I observed an associate from the Doors and Windows department cheerfully come over to Lumber and assist a very pregnant lady in loading and cutting some boards for a project she said she was trying to complete before her baby was born within the coming days. He had to cut the boards by hand because the normal saw was not operating. He then used the forklift to retrieve a stack of CDX plywood down from the top shelf to the sales floor for me, loaded, and then custom cut the boards I needed. He was awesome! I value good customer service, and the associate who assisted me today definitely exceeded my expectations.

Never can find an Clerk. They walk passed you with their Head down so they don't have to make eye contact. If would be better if they said How can I help you. I should not be tell anyone how to run a Store

I needed assistance with carpets and there were two ladies there who were very helpful I also needed assistance carrying one of the large area rugs to the cashier and out to my truck. Hannibal saw me struggling with the carpet and took it from me and carried it up to the cashier, waited for me there, and then carried it out to my truck for me. He's an exemplary employee and should be encouraged to strive for management once he's been there long enough.

AAron is a wealth of knowledge.He is knowledgeable, helpful and was available. he took time to help me with the fine details that helped my projects turn out great. Clark in cabinetry is knowledgeable, helpful and was available by appointment. Do yourself a favor make an appointment with him its worth it!!!!!! Clark has made our projects a success.

Cashier Robin is the greatest. Need more help loading heavy objects in trucks.

Other stores should learn from yours. Overall personalty is better. I have had contracts in other northern Calif. Attitudes in Utah are so much better. Plus your store is clean and organized, and most of your staff goes out of there way to help. Thank you

There have been times when I could not find what I wanted. Occasionally it is due to out of stock. Occasionally it is due to sales person inexperience or knowledge. Occasionally it is because Home Depot does not carry that item. If I were managing I would have a system where each employee could share with management what item they were not able to sell that day. Management would then have the opportunity to either coach/train the employee about store product, check inventory level or decide if an item is worth bringing into stock based on customer requests.

Every time i go into the store everyone is friendly and very helpful.The store is neat and well organized.

cedar city is the best HOME DEPOT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I live halfway between the Cedar City and Richfield store. Recently I discovered that HomeDepot was capping the Veteran's 10% discount to a maximum of $50.00 So if I bought the deck materials at $2,300.00 I would only get $50.00 instead of $230.00 This makes it cost effective to go further to St George to other store to get my full discount. Penalizing the many because of the few offenders. Bad business policy.

We always shop at Home Depot in Cedar City because the Customer Service is very good. They aren’t as busy as St George, but St George is also good!! They have everything we need in one stop!! They have a VETERANS DISCOUNT!!

This Home Depot is an important part of our community. The employees are knowledgable and very positive in their interactions with the patrons. I particularly had a very positive experience today with Will Baker. He was a generous and giving employee who helped me load my vehicle. He had just helped an elder couple load their vehicle. He was fun, approachable, and positive. I was not afraid to ask him for help. He was approachable and friendly. I've never met him before, but I think he represents what a model employee should be like. I've recently had a back injury and still want to do things myself. After attempting to load my car I was growing frustrated. I would have just loaded the peat moss myself but when I found him so open and approachable I knew I could safely ask him for help. That is why this Home Depot is such a great community store. Thank you.
