We’ve been visiting Home Depot and other stores very frequently for the past month. In some stores, employees hide from us. This time it was . We were having a hard time time understanding what was included in a door lock set. Travis took the time to come to us and ask if we needed help. Then, he proceed to explain the details of the package and even took us and rang the product himself. We were really impressed with this service!

I love coming to this homedepot. It is always well stocked and the employees seems to be happier than 4points location.

If your a new business owner and are looking to buy new equipment to get started I recommend you come here. The associates are amazing and helpful.

I wish to express my deepest gratitude to Abel, Sarah and Chase at the Cedar Park (FM1431) Store for donating a very nice Electrolux Washing Machine to one of our stations! I went into the store to buy a modest washing machine. I had the opportunity to talk to Abel, Sarah and Chase about the Station's need, and a budget, and Abel told me that he could do better. Chase and Sarah did some digging, and they all told me to wait at the checkout. The machine arrived with all three of them (all with BIG smiles on their faces) and I asked "what is the damage (price) was). Abel said "take it". I was shocked and very humbled. On behalf of Chief Norman and the men and women of TCESD1, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR VERY GENEROUS JESTURE.

We went to Home Depot to buy a washing machine. We hadn’t decided on which one, but Mr. Doug King was the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable associate I have ever had the pleasure of talking to! He made this purchase so easy and because of the time that he took to talk to us about the products, we confidently made our purchase!! Thank you Mr. King!!

PRODUCE IS OF GOOD QUALITY AND ALWAYS WORKS

My washer died on me yesterday. I started pricing washers online but i didnt have too long to wait since my family is going on vacation in a few days. I needed a washer fast. I went into the HomeDepot at 2700 Whitestone and looked for a good washer. I had no idea that there really is no on hand stock or washers and dryers are not really kept in stock on site. I was bummed but Lucas the manager at Appliances really helped me find a good washwer that I could take home today. He really did me a great service helping me with getting the washwer home. I have so much laundry to do and not enought time. I cant wait a week for a washer, i needed it today and he made it happen. High Five Lucas!

Purchased flooring and installation. John was a true expert in his field and customer service that made the experience less stressful giving my wife and I the confidence to move forward.

Every purchase and or exchange is effortless, the employees are knowledgeable, customer service is the greatest of surrounding Home Depots.

The Lawn and Garden people are always around to help while There is never anyone in Customer Service or on the line to call others over. They should bring back their call buttons like they used to have it was a great thing to have around. I don't know why they got rid of it.

I am usually shopping from Home Depot, I am finding everything what I need

Walked in to the Cedar Park HD looking for a large AC Filter and some ant killer. Both were in stock and easy to find. No lines at check-out. Another great experience. Thank you!

Today we went to our local Home Depot and made a $300+ purchase. As we went to check out, we walked up to a vacant lane (with the light on) and just stood there as the cashier in the other line didn’t say anything to us. When we finally crossed over to his lane, we approached “David R.” and said, “Hello.” David did not respond or even look up at us at all, and instead began aggressively scanning our items. I then said, “Hello,” again and once more received no response. On my third attempt I stated, “Helloooo?” and David then looked up briefly and said, “Hi,” as he continued scanning out items. David appeared as though he REALLY did not want to be there. There was no friendliness or conversation whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional.

This store is the best Home Depot around. The staff is amazing , Maggie in the front check out is super sweet and extremely helpful. This store is always fully stoked and super knowledgeable on DIY projects

Mary and I drove over an hour to this store because they stocked a particular tile that we are using at our entranceway, not available at our local store in Marble Falls. While in the store, we came across a sale on indoor extension cords at what we considered a great value. So we added four of these to our cart. 2 of these had not been updated in the master shu list (I think). Our cashier Terisa helped us quickly work through that issue. She was very kind and pleasant. A tribute to herself and her team leader.

Associates went above an beyond my expectations.

Andrew at Home Depot listened to my situation and helped me find just what I needed to do my repair. As a recent widow, this was the type of help I had hoped for and more.

Mariah is my hero. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. She always has a smile and provides wonderful customer service. I love her like I do an ice cold bottle of water on a hot summer day. She is the light of my home depot shopping experience. Other home depot employees could benefit from learning her amazing customer service skills.

Every Time I Go to This Store to Purchase Home Needs or for a Fix it Up, they find the answer to any Project that I am clearly not qualified to do!!! They have been my go to for the last 7 years!!!

I went to this store to ask if I could return the stove to this location, as I had issues with it. I was rtold just to bring it in but when I went 2 days later I was told that I only had 48 hours to return appliences. I would advise that information like this is well advertised and not in small print.

Visited the Cedar Park Home Depot for some power tool purchased. First time in the store where I needed some support and guidance. Mark was super helpful and friendly helping me on the selection of several tools and accessories and Maggie during checkout was super friendly and helpful setting up my military discount. Will definitely head back there even though it’s a little farther from the house!

Quick friendly serivices. And if there any issuse they try all they can to correct it to best there abilitys

I needed a grill in a box due to space restrictions in my car and BRENT stopped everything he was doing to locate and bring one down from the top stock. Great customer service on his part.
