After all of the years I’ve spent using Home Depot, I will NEVER use them again. The flooring department is worthless in addition to the door department. Canceling customers estimates without informing them for over 4 weeks is absolutely unacceptable. Go to Lowe’s.

The store was clean and well-organized. Everyone there seemed really helpful and friendly. Everyone was wearing a mask, the self-checkout experience was the most fluid and user-friendly experience I've had in a retail store, and Juan, an associate in particular, went above and beyond in helping my sister and I locate a very hot item that we were told was in stock at that location. He was kind and persistent. His colleagues also helped us locate the item, so it feels like the team overall there is very committed to serving its customers. I will definitely come here again. Thanks for an exceptional experience!

STORE HAS FAR TOO MUCH MERCHANDISE IN THE AISLES WHICH MAKE IT TOUGH TO MANUVER IN THE STORE WITH A CART!!!!

I am completely amazed that a huge corporation like Home Depot who is supposedly all about customer service would dig their heels in on a price adjust for an item I purchased seven days prior that went on sale afterwards. Home Depot lost a $1300 sale over $185. I guess you need to spend more money at Home Depot to get the customer service they pride themselves on. When I asked for the price adjust the cashier had to get a manager and the manager explained to me they would not price adjust because the item was no longer available. So Home Depot advertises a sale for an item it doesn't have? Sounds a bit like bait and switch. Also said manager said to me "well you agreed to the price you paid". I cancelled my order and my card and will no longer do business with Home Depot.

Home Depot usually have great product selection and good customer service which makes shopping there easy even when you don't make a purchase. But every now and then you encounter a sales rep that goes beyond what you normally expect and Briana R. Is that person. She is pretty exceptional and I thank her for her detail help.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. I like the Home Depot App on my phone because it helps me to locate products that I am not familiar with. I also feel very comfortable asking any employee for assistance because everyone is very helpful.

This store is just about what you would expect from Home Depot. It is all the things a person would need to get the supplies and knowledge for home projects with Confidence! The store is very clean and neat. There is no junk and dirt detracting from finding and purchasing the items I need. The employees (Vermont Howard and Elaine) are simply delightful and very eager to help. Shop and purchase with confidence.

Return managers suck...

This is one of the best Home Depot stores I've shopped at. They always have what I need in stock at a good price. Your "order on line pick up in store" process is much better than your competitor in this area and I have used it numerous times. I even ordered something and when I went to pick it up it didn't meet my needs as I thought it would and I received an immediate refund right there, quickly and professionally. I go a little out of the way to shop with you because I know I can find what I need when I need it at your store, even lately with the situation Brough about by the Covid Pandemic, you still manage to have sufficient stock of what I need.

Great service friendly and helpful

Service at this location has gone downhill since the pandemic. The employees seem overworked and overstressed. Trying to get help in a department can take a half hour or more. Many items are no longer in stock.

This store has very friendly employees that really help you with what you are looking for. They make you feel very important!

Found the teeny tinny screws keeping my bored family from the internet. I had to turn off the power to replace the electrical plugs with the cool new ones that have usb ports in them. I was missing 4 screws. It was very frustrating. So I took the one package that had the screws took one to the store and Tom helped me find screws that worked for my project. The electricity was turned back on internet restored to the home, and I got to feel like I accomplished something. Ashley in paint department is also amazing. She helped me match my paint color and find a paint I could wash the walls when I repainted. This time she helped me find the perfect pole to repaint my ceilings since I can't reach them on my own.

15 June 2020 - Had to pick up salt for the softener. While there, observed better than 80% of the people in the store WITHOUT MASKS and who had no clue as to social distancing. This includes several employees without masks. THIS is why we cannot defeat COVID-19 and THIS is why our county is experiencing a tremendous, near vertical rise in new COVID-19 cases. Home Depot obvious places profits of social responsibility.

Store employees did not offer to help. Once I found one, they were not friendly

Nope. Completely ignored by the paint counter employee even though I was the only person patiently waiting for paint. The guy helped another man who walked up and around to get his attention. Even when he returned from assisting him out of turn he didn’t so much as glance my way. I left the paint and all of the supplies there for them to restock.

Shopped on Saturday. Hardly any of the employees were wearing face masks nor practicing social distancing with one another and customers. Very arrogant attitudes and unprofessional considering how so many large retailers are going above and beyond during the Covid 19 era. Will not shop there again nor recommend this location to anyone.
