Purchased the perfect Christmas tree

I was happy with the quality of the material I got for this small project 4'x14 storage shelf in the back of the barn.

Every time I shop at this HD the store employees have been so helpful and friendly. Checkout is so easy also.

If you are looking for a positive shopping experience with a storeful of helpful employees, go to the Home Depot at Centerline Drive. From hardware to lumber to windows and doors to electric to the garden center to the service desk, to the check out, everyone is happy to have your business.

I shop at this store at least 3 times a week, helps me with all my projects

The employees are always helpful whether it finding something give advice or helping me to my car.

Holden at Knoxville Center Dr was super friendly and helpful with all questions I had.

I wanted a certain color microwave and a certain style. My wife only wanted this one, and it was very difficult to find it was online, however, but we would have to wait days to get it. The inventory on the app was wrong, because The employee didn’t just look at the handheld Device. They both went and looked although they did not have it there they called for 20 minutes, or possibly more and found me one and had them hold it until I arrive to pick it up. This was not necessary but they Volunteered to do it for me and it’s not like they didn’t have other things to do.

If you are going to a Hardware Store in Knoxville I’ll pass others to go to this one. The employees that have worked at the location for a regular amount of time all help tremendously with everything and always know what they are doing. “Granted you always have the new or trainee sometimes but the store overall is very knowledgeable staff and hardworking. They are the only store that make you feel like they are working for you.

I needed help with a design for kitchen cabinets. Dan came to my rescue! As well as Penny! Dan was honest and straight forward with me on what would work and not work. He also made suggestions. He spent quite a bit of time with me on three separate occasions in a 3 day period. I am sure "patience" must be his middle name. He is also very personable! Penny may be handicap, but don't let that fool you. She has a tablet for you to write you request on and she will do whatever she can to help you!!!

As like anyone, i am always doing projects and the depot is there during the times i need.

I use homedepot because it's a one stop shop ,u will find all u need ,and every one is kind & helpful

We love the way the isles are marked, making it easy to find the items we are seeking. We don't have to wait in long lines to pay for the purchase.

Mya and Laylan gave me above and beyond customer service and really came through in a tight spot. Both employees are exceptional.

The employees are very helpful in the store as long as you ask them,they don't ask you if you need help but are very helpful as long as you ask. If you need help loading anything you best bring your own

You can't go wrong in the Garden Center. They will cheerfully load your heavy purchases for you. The fellow in hardware who has worked there for awhile (sorry, his name escapes me) knows about everything in the store and is very helpful. Xavier observes his surroundings and helps you right away if you need it. Pok Hui is such a nice cashier!

They can't swap items in the store on a return. Couldn't refund my account since I didn't have my wife's card even though the account is the same. Had to get store credit for items I didn't need and now stuck with a store credit until we need something else. Worthless customer service

Purchased an outdoor umbrella online from Home Depot but after putting it together, we were not happy with it. Talked with Customer Service and they said it would be no problem to return it. After boxing it up, Lexy at Customer Service was very helpful in returning the purchase. She then suggested another outdoor umbrella that was on clearance and it was exactly what we wanted and much nicer than the previous one we purchased. Lexy was very helpful and we left Home Depot very happy with our experience.

Lexy (sales cashier) at the customer service desk at Centerline Drive, Knoxville, TN was wonderful. He answered several questions we had, and expedited our checkout quickly. He was so nice even coming from behind the customer service desk to ask if I needed help while I was standing, waiting on my husband. Other reps on the floor were friendly, nice and helpful also.

Almost every time i am at Home Depot someone asks me about my water quality. I usually can tell them i am not interested and they go away. The young lady today didn't seem to understand the term "I am not interested" The 3rd time i repeated it she actually said "I don't understand" I had to walk off to another section of the store to get away from her.
