Purchased a dishwasher and installation. Delivery and installation was set up and confirmed but dishwasher was never delivered. No calls explains why or to reschedule. It has now been 2 more days and I still have not received a delivery time. I had to call to try to find out where dishwasher was and Home Depot store says that can’t assist me since deliveries are contracted out. I think I have been scammed!

While I like the store- convenient to us, and you honor our military service! I become very frustrated when aisles are blocked because of stock issues, or I can't reach the items I need. Some employees ask if they can help but a lot do not. The Cashiers are very friendly and accommodation (i realize the men- grunt guys don't always want help- but as a woman I just want to just the aisle help I need is important.) But it is frustrating in these times that so many items are "Made in China" and know they will not last as well as American or even European made! Thank you!

Great team will help when asked, very knowledgeable. However they have a cashier there that i would stay away from she has the worst attitude rolls her eyes when asked for help and deep sighs. Not friendly, ruined my eye for home depot as i do not shop at the competitors.

Always find help with what I am looking for, instead of wandering around wasting time. The associates are always friendly and helpful.

Employees like Glen and Bobbie H make this an outstanding store! They were so helpful with a project my daughter and I needed to complete for her college apartment. We couldn't have completed it without their advice and assistance!

GET RID OF THE SELF CHECK OUT REGISTERS AND HIRE MORE HELPFUL FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES! THE EMPLOYESS ARE GREAT AND DOING THE BEST THEY CAN, yet THEIR HANDS ARE BOUND WITH CORPORATE RED TAPE! CORPORATE NEEDS TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS!

Overall, the associates were friendly and helpful; however, I would suggest that there be some kind of button to push in a particular area that alerts an associate whenever a customer needs help, especially with cutting wood.

This store is easily accessible from I-40 in Knoxville, TN. Most store employees know where everything is located in the store in order to direct you to a particular aisle. Bethany A. is a real asset because she helped me locate this purchase.

WEEEEEE OH at the DEPOT!!!! The store did not have the trim in stock...BUT...the friendly sales staff helped us to find it on-line...sooooooo you could say we found a "Weeeeeee Oh!!!" at the "Depot"!.

it's no better or worse that any other Home Depot I've been to.

Been a simple process in a complicated kitchen remodeling project. Decisions, and changing my mind on products multiple times. Great advice from Danielle in Kitchen Cabinet Dept. she was extremely hepful and knowledgeable and never bothered by my endless questions, concerns or phone calls

Customers beware! Ordering online is a nightmare! Delivery service is a nightmare! Customer service is a nightmare! When ordering an appliance I did not receive it during that window of time that I was told I would. If I had not called to check on this order I would have never known what was happening. No one ever informed me of when my delivery was rescheduled until I called four times. Worst experience ever! Will never shop here again!

As soon as I walked in to Home Depot with my list of lumber to buy, a young man working there came to help me. I am 73 yrs old so this means a lot to me as my husband has to have a cane or chair for mobility and is a Veteran. I wish I could remember his name but I appreciate everyone that doesn't ask if you need help but just helps. Thanks

Homedepot stores have always had what I was looking for and have ordered for me when items have been out of stock .The employees also have always been there when I needed assistance and the stores are very clean compared to other stores

I love coming to my neighbor hood Home Depot. Everyone is always on point. There are so many stories that I can tell that it would take hours to tell it all. Home Depot saved my plumbing in my home and my sisters home.When my power went out the guy showed me what to get and do.They showed my other sister how to put in flooring and now her flooring is great. This is just small list of things.
