I was working on a project for one of my customers. They had ordered an end table on-line and it was delivered without any hardware. I was able to find a bolt that would work and took it to the Centerville Home Depot. Patricia greeted me and asked how she could help. I showed her the bolt, lock washer, and washer and said I needed eight sets. She took me to Aisle 15, and helped me find eight of each, and then took me to her register and rang up my order. Thank you so much, Patricia, my customer was so happy that we were able to get her end table assembled so quickly this afternoon!

We are redoing our kitchen and Jeff in cabinets (Centerville location) has outstanding customer service. He helped us greatly and was so quick as well. We will always come back to see him for our kitchen needs. He is awesome!

Bad experience. Employee allowed me to prepay for equipment that the store couldn’t sell and had me waiting over an hour for them to resolve the problem when all they needed to do is send me to a location that had the equipment. Instead, I had to wait until inventory matched what the in store count said before I could go and pick up at another store which took over an hour but not before being given the run around first stating that they apologized for the inconvenience but I could not leave with the equipment that I prepaid for but had to come up with and pay another $3000 for them to order what I needed. I am beyond frustrated at this experience and feel like more could have been done other than covering essentially just the tax on the product and shewing me away. There were so many other blunders in this experience and I question the management and training. Everyone seemed nice but no one seemed to understand customer service and satisfaction after so many mistakes were made by the entire staff.

Received excellent help from "Lumber Jake". A special plywood size was cut without any issue. Very friendly and professional guy.

The associate disassembled a workbench so I could fit it in the back of my SUV, and then helped load it.

Carolyn is the best at finding and helping in the store, I look for her happy smiling face when I’m in :) Rachael at the service desk is polite and helpful, Barb too.

I purchased carpet from this store. Bonnie and John in the flooring department were very helpful!

Everyone we felt with was very friendly.

A couple of months ago I went to Home Depot to purchase 8 bags of 40lb water softener salt. I was directed to where the salt was and that they would have a person load these bags into my car once I purchase them. I was more than impressed and noted to re-visit Home Depot the next time I needed salt. Today, 2/21/24, I went to the same Home Depot ( passing a Loews store on the way ) to get (8) 40lb bags of salt. I was neither greeted nor addressed by any store employee upon my arrival. The clerk by the door did scan 8 bags of salt for me and when I said that I was pulling my car up to the front of the store he said that was fine. I pulled up and waited about 10 mins before I got out of the car, grabbed a dolly, loaded 8 bags of salt onto the dolly then wheeled the dolly to my car and unloaded 8 bags of salt into my trunk. No easy task for a 65 year old man with bad knees and a bad back. The attendant was no where to be seen. The next time I need salt I might save myself some gas and pull into Loews next time. Their service is just as bad but at least expected.

Jake and lumber did a great job cutting my sizes accurately and save me money by finding a piece in the scrap pile. Debbie and Claudia also helped.

ANNA and Mitch were EXCELLENT in helping me out with my issue.

Seem to have everything but I signed up for a military discount and never actually get it. If you are going to offer it, do it...

I personally always feel comfortable and welcome shopping at this Home Depot… Home Depot has help me tackle many jobs from the improvements of both my condos….. I have never felt that the staff isn’t knowledgeable about my needs or situation… I really feel at ease shopping there …. Thank you Home Depot staff …everyone of you !!!!…. I really trust everyone 😊👍🏻

We have purchased 6 water heaters amongst many other items from this store this year. Their sales people are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

I always get great customer service and can always find the items I am looking for. The store is clean and well stocked.

They did a great job figuring out a complicated assembly of some safety equipment! Very friendly, courteous and determined to help. My go to store.

Barb, and Lila were wonderful in assisting me on the floor and helping compare and measure for the correct replacement of a flush ceiling fixture that I needed to replace in my place of business. Matt (Matthew) in refund/checkout counter was courteous and efficient in his assistance with all these various steps I was doing.

Had been too 3 other home depot stores before this o e abd they was not as helpful. As soon as we git into the store Logan asked us if we needed help with anyone, . Told what we where looking for and had the number of the item , he looked it up and personally went and found it and brought it to us.

Every time I enter your store the first employee I run into ask if they can me. Being 100% military disable that is important to me.That saves me many step on my old legs. God bless them

Alexis had the BEST customer service, we had a small hiccup with our delivery and she took care of it with no hesitation she was kind and played with my son and just overall made us feel like she truly cared. Thank you Alexis you are the highest tier of how every customer service experience should go. You are so kind, and deserve every recognition for just being you.

We shopped in the Garden Shop for vegetables, herbs and flowers. We were overcharged for every single item but two!! Citronella plants said $9.99 on the shelf and we were charged $12.98. Herbs and vegetables were 3 for $12. We were charged $5.78 each. When we went to customer service and showed them a picture of the shelf price and what we paid, we were told that they don't use those stickers so we couldn't have purchased the plants at this store. I invited the manager to go out to his garden department and have a look. We were made to feel like liars and scammers and that it was our fault that they had the wrong prices in their computers. The customer service girl Alexis was extremely rude and made us feel like she was so put out having to issue us a refund. Worst shopping experience ever!

I was helped soon after I entered the store and the fellow that asked walked me right to what I was looking for (cedar pickets) and chose them himself and even cut them without me asking first, so they fit in the trunk. Great shopping experience all around.

Love the cabinets, how due to Jeff’s demeanor, store employee, doubtful I’ll return to that Home Depot.

We were given wonderful customer service from the service desk to the paint department, Garden center, and random employees throughout the store!

Getting refrigerator delivered in a timely manner.

I needed to purchase a very specific nut, and was not sure exactly where to look in that whole aisle… I asked David for help and he was able to take me right to it. I also needed help with a military discount because I did not have my husband’s QR code, and Sarah was able to help me at the self check out.

I have purchased items online and have been very happy with the items. Barbara in Customer Service is awesome. She makes it enjoyable to shop there because you know she will take care of your needs.

If you are shopping for any new appliances, see Pamala Cummins. She is a lovely lady and knows so much. I thought I would have to spend hours researching, but in less than half an hour, I picked out what I wanted and felt really good about my choice.
