Amber Dave Mike and Lori are always very helpful and call me by name when I come in. They make my material runs very smooth and I’m always in and out when dealing with them. I make the drive to come to this store no matter where I’m at.

Not only did the store employee Dorene go above and beyond while on the phone with me she even took the time to call me back twice! Both times to let me know a product I wanted was in fact in store and that she would hold it for me. Both she and Julie helped me when I arrived in store and as I continued to walk around an additional employee offered help.

Taylor stepped up and corrected my statement all with a very positive attitude and a smile.

We had some difficulty getting an online order for stacked stone to arrive unbroken. Manager Patty was INCREDIBLE in stepping up to help - after she requested special handling for the order, we got the stone in perfect condition and we were able to move ahead with our project! And the store personnel are always so cheerful and welcoming!

Each employee that I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful.

An employee provided great advice on supplies I needed for a repair and helped me carry a 24' ladder to my car and secure it. He was very helpful and efficient!

Had trouble finding a dry well product, however, two employees took time to walk different departments until we found what we were looking for. This extra effort will bring us back to this location always in the future. We were greeted and asked if we needed help multiple times, not always the case at other stores. Keep up the great work.

Owen in the paint department was great. He recommended the right paint for the inside and outside project of our home. This will be the reason why we will return to home depot because of employees like Owen.

The Centerville store always seems to have riendly staff, as well as, being clean, and organized.

The employee named Owen was very helpful. He located my items at another location and rang them up for me. All I had to do was go to the other store and pick up my items at the service desk. This was a great shopping experience.

Home Depot is my go-to for most things home improvement related and I appreciate this particular location because the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

The associates in the carpet department went above and beyond in helping with our recent carpet purchase. In addition, to being friendly and polite they actually return phone calls!!

Employees always go out of their way to make sure that your shopping experience is great. Love this store. Always clean and well organized.

Customer service was severely lacking. You should know that if you place an order online, there will likely be no one at the store who can help you with a problem. Our delivery people were inexperienced and unwilling to make an effort to properly deliver our washer and dryer to our basement. Home Depot representatives were apologetic, but did not rectify the problem at all. Redelivery was scheduled for the next week and incorrectly cancelled on the day it was expected to arrive. Representatives had no idea why or how the cancellation occured and offered no solutions to resolve the problem. The store employees do not directly communicate with the delivery company. Refund was not processed correctly the first time. Refund is still pending.

I always get friendly people who go out of their way to assist me. I had two young men today who had such great attitudes. Other stores have people who walk quickly by you when they see you need help. Good inventory and clean store.

Barb, Anthony, Nick, Tom and David were all exceptionally helpful with getting my grill and propane tank ready for purchase, checked out and loaded into my trunk. All were very friendly and courteous!

Bought a Traeger grill today. Had great service from the sales associate, cashier, and cashier. Overall, great experience!

No customer service. At least 5 associates past me without making eye contact. Spent my $500 at your competitor down the street where we got assistance.
