EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE- NEED TO BE MORE AWARE OF THEIR SURROUNDINGS. MOST EMPLOYEES IGNORE CUSTOMERS AND THAT IS FRUSTERATING. JESSIE ALWAYS GREETS US WITH A SMILE BUT SOME OF THE OTHERS ARE NOT VERY FRIENDLY.

I purchased the dolly for my daughter and I see her using it all the time. It's not like the dolly I purchased for myself from Home Depot a couple years ago. The one I purchased for her was better than mine, has more features (wider base; places for ties; etc) so I plan to purchase myself the one that has more features at Christmas time this year.

Marvin in the garden center provided me with an outstanding level of customer service in locating a 8 inch Milwaukee Hedge Trimmer in the "No Home" section of the stock area. It's rare these days to see a young man excited about his work and desire to help customers. I will be shopping at the Central Omaha Store #3202 again! Thank you Marvin!!!

HomeDepot has a variety if products to choose from but. If your are unable to locate these items TaShauna, Cory and Sam are willing to assist you. It's not all about not all about the product it's also the service. I felt relaxed shopping because I was assisted and was able to acquire everything I was looking for. These employees are very well informed about most to all products stocked in store. Great job to all of you for making this trip a time saver. Bravo!

We purchased kitchen cabinets and had the BEST possible, most well informed and personable shopping experience ever thanks to Deb in the cabinet department. It’s been years since I’ve received customer service like this. The cabinets were perfect, the prices right. As if that wasn’t enough, I drove 90 miles home reminding myself “be more like Deb” in my own day to day dealings!

I transferred my flooring purchase to your store location and Astrid Cua did a wonderful job working out all of the details. She was very knowledgeable and so pleasant and friendly!
