Josh and Antonio in the garden center were so helpful and kind. They loaded all of our mulch and soil and helped us pick out what we needed. Kathryn was very friendly as our cashier. This was the best store experience we have had in awhile. You can tell everyone enjoys their job here.

The associates were helpful and friendly. Maurice was knowledgeable about the location of products within the store, and was able to direct me to other areas that I needed.

Employees are always polite and go out of their way to be of help. Love this store.

Home Depot is always a great place to go for everything a man needs other than his wife. This one is no exception!

The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recently bought a house and find myself at this location several times per week. During my last experience an employee, Blake, provided me information about air conditioners and furnaces. He also helped me find all the items on my shopping list. He went above and beyond and I was really appreciative.

This store generally is the location I have to go to due to proximity to my rental houses. It is literally the only reason I go to this store. The staff has a few gems in there but a majority of the interactions are poor attitude, improper training, zero hustle. I assume this is due to the store managers style for this location, this can’t be the only bad review this location has gotten. I didn’t know how much a Home Depot could be until I was at a different location and it opened my eyes to how poor this one is.

I went to Home Depot to find a very inexpensive item. When I couldn't find it, I went and asked an employee at customer service. She walked with me until we found it. She made me feel valued as a customer, no matter how much money I was spending. That was the Best customer service experience I've had in years!

Worst home depot ever!! I ordered a grill that was pricing. When to pick up. Grill was already put together, employee stated they built it for me. In fact it was the demo model with price tag still on it. Grill have several scratched and dents. When I explained this to the employee they said I was picky and they would look for another one. The store showed 5 more there, however none could be found. Very rude employees who flat out lied to me. Never going back to this store

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP.

This location made me want to cancel my Home Depot credit card and not ever to your business again. I went in for an air compressor and asked for help, after asking for help 3 plus times, I said if I don’t get help you can keep the dam thing and I will buy it else where, Then they offered to help. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied that if I don’t like this compressor it will be going back and I will be canceling my credit card with you all.

Homedepot is very clean and has gret customer service! Every time I go to the store I can always find a friendly face in the store to assist me and be very patient. They go out of their way to serve you!

Annette and Chris in the carpet department are extremely helpful - would strongly recommend if you are a novice looking for guidance on carpet installation.

Employees are lazy and rude . Asked for help loading $900 in wood. Employee started yelling that it wasn’t his job . Everyone was looking to see what was going on . All we did was ask for help loading a truck

I had the best experience this time when I shopped. I didn't have to wonder through the aisles to find an item that was on the labels for the aisles. A young man saw me looking up at the aisle tables and asked if he could help me find what I was looking for. He was able to tell me what aisle and (on the left side in the middle of the aisle). He knew the products & where they are. When I shop I like to get in and get out because there is always something that I have to get done. It was a great experience not having to wonder through the aisles to hunt for what I needed.

I always feel at home at my home depot. Most of the elder associates are so helpful and knowledgeable.

My purchase required a manager on duty, It was late afternoon Friday. The store was moderately busy and there was no manager on on hand. Very poor scheduling of managers. It took almost 1/2 hour to make the purchase because of poor management oversight. On the other hand Ray on the floor, Daysia in customer service and finally Cory M really worked hard until the issues were resolved. Maybe one of them should be a manager.

The employees were very friendly but i had to track them down. No one was available to help until I went to find someone.

During this time of COVID-19 I need two things quality products, and great prices. The Depot delivered.

If you go to home depot, ask to speak to Blake, he was an amazing worker and he knew exactly how to help me and my friend when we told him that we made a big hole in my wall. He also knew how to help when I told him my wall was half peeled off due to me peeling it.

This particular place has been very good for the community as it is the only DIY in the neighborhood.
