David (the Home Depot customer Service Agent) was professional and delivered exceptional service. I think good customer service starts “after” a sale is made. I had some difficulties with my HD purchase. David, in a very professional manner, explained the circumstances of my misunderstanding and together we worked to address my concerns. David was very helpful and I appreciated his patience and his help.

I went in to buy paint for my front door. Had been to two other hardware stores without success. Found Miss "T" to be most knowledgeable and helpful. I have no doubt my project will turn out well.

Went in recently to pick up an online order. After I had ordered, I realised I had a coupon. The store clerk, Alma, was amazingly patient, understanding and helpful in getting that coupon used.

Alma was very rude when I went in to get a refund. She acted like I was putting her out asking for her to refund my card, based on direction from online customer service. She interrupted me, huffed and used a rude tone the entire time.

Terrible customer service. Placed an online order, 24 hours later, they hadn't even pulled my order. Went the store and they pulled it while I waited. When I got to the car, they hadn't even mixed my paint. It was just white base paint.

Ms Emily at the Custer Rd and Parker store was Very Polite,Nice and Helpfull in directing me to the right section in the store.

Customer service is one of my top priorities, I prefer to go here even though antiheroica Home Depot is closer. They are mostly stocked and great service.

So you better compensate her accordingly!

Excellent Customer Service; Product easy to find; good sense of order in the Store

We went last night to look at dishwashers. Our Salesperson, Jenny Colombo was so helpful and informative that we bought it right then and she helped us through the whole process.
