I love this store this hands down is the BEST HD Store around in the Collin County Area. I live 45 minutes away from this store and will always shop here. The staff and the store manager are the best. When you walk in you don't have the ask for help you see the store employee's out cleaning and walking around the store helping customers out. Every time I walk in the employee's all have a smile on their faces and love their jobs. I don't understand how I have allowed this store to pass me. Not only are the store employee's are friendly but all the customers are the same as well. Store # 6833 you get a 1000% HANDS DOWN for your SERVICE! Thanks for all that you guys do and will continue to do. I normally don't write reviews but this is one review that I would not let pass me. I look forward to interacting with you guys again and again.

Shopping at The Home Depot #6833 has always been a pleasure for us. We have enjoyed the extensive knowledge of your employees, especially Tony in the Garden Department, Marty Jo in the Kitchen Design Department and Cierra in the Paint Department. They have been able to answer many questions for us and steer us in the right direction for our needs. We have also found the store to be neat and organized and the parking lot free of errant carts wandering around by themselves. That is helpful when we are trying to navigate a full parking lot.

I have never into a situation where my questions were not answered. And I have had associates tell me to go to XYZ store/company when they truly think my needs would be better served elsewhere. Great staff at this store!
