Everybody at this Home Depot, from the attendants in the parking lot, and the young men who help you load your car to the cashiers, the managers and the specialists in the departments are exceptional! I always look forward to going to the Chaska, Home Depot!

I walked into the store and ask for help and the person in the lumber area was most helpful. He cut the 2x4x10 into the pieces I needed.

Everyone at this store is amazing!! We have never had a bad experience at Chaska Home Depot. They have made our extremely stressful project so much less stressful. I am so so so thankful to the employees there!! We had such a great experience with Kas in Customer Services and Bernie in Pro Services. I recommend that if you need to go to a home improvement store, go to Chaska Home Depot. You will not regret it! 😊

Bob in flooring is a great resource for answering questions, educating and making a project fun! If you have minimal knowledge on the subject matter, you can learn so much without feeling belittled. We wish Bob had been around for all of our prior projects.

We dealt with several employees across numerous departments and every one of them was kind, knowledgeable and very willing to help. I rarely see this storewide anywhere. This store is a breath of fresh air! Keep up the good work!

Even at closing time all five emplyees I encountered were super helpful and not a bit concerned about the time compared to every other place out there where employees show their frustration and overall annoyance with you.

I like that the store has many items in stock that normally may need to be ordered or delivered.

The Chaska store has some of the nicest employees - Bernie was especially helpful, helping me find everything I needed for the list I had, loading not only the cart for me but then out to my vehicle and loading it there. Above and beyond expectations - fantastic job!!

Through the course of my transaction at this Home Depot I worked with four employees and their actual kitchen department. Three of them were new so everyone laying down each other and the supervisor to learn as we went along. It did not bother me at all and everyone was very respectful

Checkout and Customer Service folks are great. Employees working the paint counter act like they're doing you a favor, that is if they acknowledge you at all. First time, getting samples, I stood for ten minutes with no acknowledgement. Then employee helped a man who had just walked up before me. When he finally came over to help me, he sighed and acted mad that I wanted six samples. No explanation of how long it would take. I wandered around for a while and then walked past the paint counter to see if they were ready- I wasn't going to say a word to the guy- he yells out "NOT EVEN CLOSE." Went back later that week for the paint. A different employee but same attitude. No hello, no how can I help you. Talked down to me about the different sheens because I asked for the "wrong" one. Asked me if I was in their system (some sort of paint tracking thing). I made a joke that I wasn't because I don't like painting that much. This guy gave me the most sarcastic "WHATEVER" and turned his back on me. No explanation on how long it would take. No eye contact. Kept his back turned to me so I left to wander the store again. I bought the same Behr paint I always buy- and never once have had to do a second coat. It's the second to most expensive Behr paint they sell, and it even says it has a "one coat guarantee." Suddenly it's not covering well at all- and I had to do 2+ coats. So I am wondering if I got the paint I paid for? It's possible Behr changed it's formula I suppose. But after the way I was treated I honestly wonder if I received the super cheap paint with the expensive label. I work with the public and so does my husband so I go out of the way to be low-maintenance, but obviously that doesn't work at the Home Depot Chaska paint counter. So for my next project this month I'll be buying paint elsewhere.

Cashier Rheghon was great - friendly and helpful

Even though HD sells the product I was trying to return, they would not let me return. They said it was a month past the new policy. The project I am on precluded me from returning it any sooner without a tremendous waste of time. I will never be going to this Chaska store or any other Home Depot!!

We needed a change to our quote from the Pro Desk and Derek was extremely helpful and the manager in the Pro area was also great to help with a coupon that had expired as we awaited our quote.

The Appliance Team at the Chaska Home Depot was inredible! We walked in needing to purchase all new appliances, and they helped us every step of the way. When we ran into some discrepencies between the online HD app and the in-store system, the Assistant Store Manager personally stepped in to assist. Best HD experience I have ever had.

My husband and I are builders in Carver County so Home Depot in Chaska is basically our second home! We visit almost daily to purchase large loads of materials that almost always need the lift. The team at this location is ALWAYS eager to help and are very knowledgeable of anything we may need help finding. We only go to different locations if Chaska doesn't have something we need, but we very much prefer this location due to helpfulness, cleanliness and overall customer care. It's always nice to go into a store where you know everyone by name and they know you! Definitely a fantastic group of people!

It took 4 employees 15 minutes to check out, and I was accused of changing the price stickers on boxes due to the stupidity of your employees. Whom had already figured out my items were old clearance items. I will be contacting the store manager and chewing him out tomorrow.
