Home Depot is great for many reasons. I like most of all the app has exact location of what you are looking for. Employees always willing to help and are polite and well mannered through out the store.

Cara in flooring/carpet department is AWESOME

I spent 2K in this store the customer service associate had no clue of what she was doing. On top of that she was very rude, disrespectful and seems to be in a rush (eve though no one was waiting). She laughed at my request and then when help came to her she complained about the other associate and called him dumb. Totally unacceptable.

Knowledgeable clerks plus more than helpful with my purchase. Jody was the best.

I've shopped at many HD stores - the Chaska location had friendly and knowledgable staff. This is not always the case at many home depot stores.

The service was fantastic on both of my visits today (Fathers Day). The staff at the checkout self checks were very friendly, greeted me when I arrived and when I left. David in hardware went above and beyond. He has great customer service and he helped me get a free Milwaukee tool.

Bob at Chaska tonight provided great customer service and that was needed as we are dealing with an emergency situation at home. He was thoughtful, attentive, helpful and went out of his way for me and I appreciate it.

We shopped at the Home Depot in Chaska on a Monday night and found the appliance section to be fairly uncrowded and the salespeople to be attentive and helpful without being pushy! Despite the current appliance supply shortages, we were able to find the refrigerator model we wanted to buy with a reasonably quick delivery (2.5 weeks.)

I am so impressed with the customer service Bob in particular provides here, he truly goes above and beyond!

So blessed this Christmas! Our tree we purchased last Christmas here went out! We couldn’t find our store receipt but paid a lot for this tree… The store manager took it back and allowed us to pick out any tree (very limited stock) in store! Made our 7 year olds day! Such a Christmas blessing!

With labor shortages and supply chain issues, Home Depot Chaska has the place looking like they have everything under control. Though there were some challenges, the team shined in adversity.

I was visiting my daugher and her family while they were doing some home improvements. It was reassuring to receive the same great service that we are accustomed to from our local Home Depot. Well done!
