I read reviews that product was many times damaged so the staff person opened box and we checked and then he repackaged which was not easy. He was wonderful and made my purchase less stressful.

The store associates are always very knowledgeable and helpful, more so than at other Home Depots it seems. I shop there a lot and have never had a bad experience.

Ashleigh in the lumber department went above and beyond to help me with my shelving purchase which needed to be cut. She was knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. I am really impressed! Overall there seemed to be many more employees here both available to find and consistently asking if I needed help or was finding what I was looking for. I did not have to go hunting up and down the aisles to find an employee to help me. I feel I got excellent service at the Chico Home Depot today!

Every time I enter the store I am greeted by an employee with a smile and “Hello”. Department workers have been polite and very helpful.

I was happy to see that they had many of the fencing components that I needed in stock. The cashier was helpful and check out was rapid.

A month ago, my husband and I were making a large purchase to remodel our bathroom. Initially, we were told to go to the Pro Desk (no one was available at the time) and then were instructed to go to the customer service desk where someone was available. The person at the desk seemed to be inconvenienced by my request to check out and told us to go back to the Pro Desk. Once I went back to the Pro Desk, the cashier Paula, was available. I have never had someone help me as much as she did. We had 3 flat carts and a shopping basket overflowing with items for purchase. She went out of her way to get a Plumbing Associate to help us because an item we wanted that was published on the website was no longer available. While we were trying to figure out a replacement item, she began ringing up our items. Due to the size and price of the purchase, she recommended a PRO account. She got that set up for us as well. After over 2 hours of shopping, it was nice walking out with a good experience. We'll be back to show her pictures we promised to share!

They went out of their way to make an online order that was processed when the product was sold out, they gave me choices refund or get ( a better product) to me for the same price. Not only did I receive a refund I also received a better deal. Everyone who works there is nice.

We bought a refrigerator at Home Depot and they were so nice helping us get checked out. Our clerk, Ashley E., was so HELPFUL with all of our questions.

Jessica from customer service is my favorite. She makes returns so easy. Steve knows where everything is and is always willing to help! Christa the cashier was friendly and helpful as well! You just can't beat the staff at this home depot, they are amazing!

I have never encountered a business with so many absolutely incompetent and unhelpful employees. So much wasted time and money. Almost comical once I got over being stressed and angry. I was supposed to go in and pay almost $5000 for my flooring and schedule installation. They called me to do this and told me when to come in. No one knew anything about anything. The clerk made a huge deal verifying my check "a lot of money, you know..." yes I know. It is my money. I have no goods or services for that money. No one could answer questions. I was in the store for almost two hours and left with no information but they got my check. Brigido.should be voted worst employee of the year. Arrogant and rude.

I like the Chico store except that the pro area always gets congested and parking is getting harder at every single store these days. Also, would be nice if I could recover my perks, but since my phone is older I cannot download the app.

I use pro rewards every time I shop here, but in 14+ years I have never been rewarded. Somehow I have been signed up for paint rewards and hardly ever buy paint. I've tried to get the category changed, but when I ask anyone at the store how to do it they always tell me that they don't know. In my opinion, Pro Rewards is a fake gimmick to get people to spend more money on products they don't use.

The ant killer product I was recommended was in stock and I would highly recommend it!! Best product I have ever used!!

I received EXCELLENT customer service from Madeline A in the Chico store. This was the third time we worked with Madeline in the paint department and she was great. She is very knowledgeable and was patient during our process of finding the right paint colors for different rooms in our house. She made samples up quickly and even prepared some different swatches to see what the paint looked like in the store. She was extremely friendly and always had a smile. If you need paint, go see Madeline. You won’t be disappointed.

Cashier gave me a hard time because I was checking out 15 mins to closing her name was Alejandra.

I could not believe the power it has and would recommend. Really love it.

This store had sufficient employees to help me find the items I wanted. They were friendly and professional. The checkout process was very smooth. I had a return which was handled quickly and professionally.
