Dirty and crowded store. Hard to navigate isles with all the empty boxes, abandoned products and broken pallets everywhere. Unfortunately it is like this every day with this store. Total mess

This store is excellent and easy to shop. The employees here are always willing to help. I love the selection at this store and I'd recommend anyone to this store for tools or garden products.

Preston F. provided me with spectacular customer service during my visit. He said "yes" and made things look easy when others would only say "no". Thank you Preston! The store is always neat and you can maneuver freely. The staff goes out of their way to greet each customer and thank them at the end of their visit. Each department has fast, friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

TODAY MUST HAVE BEEN A VERY BUSY DAY, THE STORE WAS MESSY AND THE EMPLOYES LOOKED IN DISARRAY. WAS HARD TO GET SOME HELP. THE EMPLOYE I FLAGGED DOWN USED THE POINTING METHOD FOR WHERE PRODUCT MAY BE.

Went to get stepping stones. They have a pallet of about 20 stones. Every single one is broken. Went looking for sand. Had trouble finding it. Wife went to look for an employee. She took so long trying to find someone, I found the item and was waiting in line and she finally found an employee. They tell her which aisle it's on. What ever happened to taking the customer to the item? It's a Saturday, there is one cashier. The guy in front of me has 3 carts of stuff. He says "I'd let you go in front of me, but I've already let four other people do that". (BECAUSE THERE IS ONLY ONE CASHIER!!!) Ended up in self check out where I get to be a Home Depot cashier without being paid for it.

I am always happy with our Home Depot in Chico. They are always helpful and cheerful. Great place to shop.

I have used "my store" in Chico for many, many years and can not say enough good things about the store staffing and layout. Home Depot is always my first choice when out of the area fulfilling materials for projects away from home. The company mantra fortunately is the same regardless if the store is located in Oregon, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Florida, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Nevada as per my many experiences. Home Depot is a solid, dependable partner to both home and business owners. Keep up the good work and never stop striving for perfection!

Associates were helpful and knowledgeable.

On Sunday October 28th at 3:00pm. I was yelled at and made to feel foolish by the hardware associate Jerry. Jerry also proceeded to mock me to another associate as I was leaving. If you are going to make fun of a customer spending a couple hundred dollars maybe you should whisper. I will not be back to this Home Depot, I will be doing my shopping at Oroville or Yuba City from now on.

You're a great store, but unfortunately, Lowe's beat you this time. I needed to find a 20-inch, 3/8 inch, female to female faucet hose for underneath my kitchen sink. The only one you had was a ten-footer for dishwashing machines. I went to Lowe's and found a row of what I needed.

Cashier Lindsey is the best customer service asset this store has! I am so impressed by how much she cares about the customer experience.

Staff is always friendly and helpful with finding product. I never have to wait to check out . Great customer service ! Store is clean and organized for easy shopping. A full choice of products.

When I was getting materials for a project that included a lot of Lumber I was asked by multiple associates if I needed help. At least 6 times. Every employee that I did ask a question was very knowledgeable.

Today, 8-3-18 we started looking for products to start a repainting project for the porches of our home. Our first choice has always been Home Depot because it is so well organized, clean and full of actual expert knowledgeable associates who can answer almost every question. Beth in the Paint Department moved about her department with ease knowing where every item we would need even when we did not know for sure ourselves. She stated that she had experience using all the products we needed and offered us some very helpful tips that made our decisions easier. I appreciated her relaxed yet knowledgeable demeanor. Valarie in checkout greeted us as she opened her station and almost before we knew it she had scanned all the items in our basket and offered us an opportunity to save some money by qualifying for the Home Depot Consumer Credit application. That process as well was quick and quite simple. We qualified and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes.

It is summer here and the experience was great. Efficient staff and helpful to me a customer. Lots of customer service, which is hard to find in some stores today. It felt like Home Depot cares about its customers. Thank you, from a senior citizen.

Has great prices, but never enough cashiers. They expect you to use the "self service cashier". I'm not an employee, why do you expect me to check myself out? Can I stock some shelves for you while I'm there? clean the restrooms? sweep the parking lot? If I want to be the cashier, I will shop online and have it delivered to my house for free.

They simply don't have enough employees to help customers out; not in lumber, not in hardware or tools, not in garden. They have a window and door guy tho in case you need a special order. Silly

Large selection of many types of hardware products and garden products. Offer classes, though I haven’t taken any. They encourage the do it yourselfers plus I notice many customers who appear to be contractor types. A contractor I used liked to shop at Home Depot; felt like he got a good deal. Employees try to help you find what you are looking for. Often they can give you good advice about a problem you are trying to solve.

Friendly and helpful associates. Large selection of products to meet various needs. Easy to locate what I wanted to purchase. Clean and orderly store.

I have been to the Chico Home Depot dozens of times. I always get excellent help from store employees - specifically if I am attempting a DIY home project. I have had them explain patiently how to use a product, walking me thru all the steps. I appreciate the assistance. The only thing better would be if they came home with me and helped with the project!!!

The employees are generally friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Check out is easy.

Lots of beautiful flowers and plants, very nice pricing. I took the opportunity to do some shopping for quite a few chores I need to get done. I found everything on my list, and, as always, even some interesting items I didn’t even know I needed. It was a productive visit and a pleasant one.

I found what I needed I had purchase some before so I knew where it was. The store was clean and everyone was friendly.
