I recently bought this at “1911 and it’s gorgeous

I was blessed to be helped by a very kind & professional cashier named Tiffany. Her great attitude instantly brightened my day and she was even patient enough to explain to me about the pro account. I had a regular account all these years, I was under the impression I was accumulating points with all my purchases but I was not. Not until Tiffany helped me get signed up. I would highly recommend shopping at this location due to the friendly & helpful staff. Tiffany deserves a raise, BIG TIME.

The pro department employees are the best. I would personally like to thank Anthony Jenn Rochell Crystal Yazmin and Kaime These are some of the best people that this company could've ever hired. Last but not least.... thanks Marc and Carlos.

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for many years. I’m a pro member and constantly make many purchases at this location, I would say at least twice a week. Spending over 100,000 a year. Today I came into the store to make copies of keys for my business and to purchase two wooden doors. After I checked out and paid for my items security ran after me in the parking lot. They stated that I didn’t pay for the keys and that I hid them on purpose so I wouldn’t have to pay for them. The keys had fallen in between the two doors on the cart and I didn’t notice. As I recalled I had placed them on top of the doors and was not aware that they were not scanned at the register. I proceeded to tell them that it was not my intention and I would pay for them. They refused to let me pay for them as they were important keys for my business and instead kept them. If that was my plan I think anyone would have just placed the keys in their pocket. I’m a business man and always try to be as professional as I can. The security continued to mistreat me and started to search my pockets without my consent. Never did they say I was under arrest. Wouldn’t let me leave or call anyone until I signed a formed that banned me for 3 years. Then they wrote warning on it. Their actions were absurd and would not give me a chance to explain myself. I felt mistreat and this was uncalled for. Coming from a law enforcement family I know that they were not going about this situation in a professional way. They were nothing but rude. Even tho they give me a warning I will definitely never step a foot there again. They lost a customer for life.

Employee looked like I was bothering him for help. Needed to buy boxes of waterproof vinyl flooring. Guess I was at the wrong store. I gotta go out of my way to Broadview store to buy.

This store always has what I need and the staff helps me every time I shop there

Angel is very knowledgeable and helpful. Been in the store over several weeks and for some reason I always run into Angel. He remembers me and is always very helpful and asks how my project is coming along. Sent my wife to grab some fittings for me and she runs into Angel, not knowing she was my wife, he gave her the same knowledgeable helpful service he has given me over the past few weeks. Great person! Angel has made my experience at Home Depot an easy one,

The employee who works outside name: Guillermo was sooo helpful and very respectful to me! I told him why I was at Home Depot. He went and got it for me, brought it to the register and than put it in my car! Great service!

Daniela, Greg and Michelle These three employees went above and beyond to help me today when I went into the store to purchase some wood. I was informed that the wood I was purchasing does not qualify for being cut in store. Despite this these three team members went out of their way to help cut down the wood so it would fit in my car. All three were extremely helpful and I am beyond grateful for the time and patience they took helping me. They definitely made this experience one to remember.

I left a full survey on Tiffany/Cashier as she is by far the best Home Depot employee that I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been going to Home Depot since 1994!

The employees at the Cicero Store treat me so nicely. I have been going there for over 20 years. I always have been able to get help with projects that I am completing around the house.

The amount patience, community teamwork and help that was provided to me was valuable. Gloria, Maria & Ed provided all of this and more: even after their shift ended, Gloria remained at the cashier helping me with my order, Maria stood on the phone after her shift to assist with questions and answers, Ed was so kind to also stay after his shift to assist in making sure the order does go through and is ready for pickup the next morning. They all were fantastic, I truly appreciate their service!

I am remodeling my daughters room and i went and bought all the stuff we needed and they work perfectly. Also i’m installing carpet on their room and the team in home depot is gonna come and put it up! So kind and amazing job!

Leenice (at Checkout) escorted me to the correct aisle and Abraham (in Light Bulbs) scoured the stock on a high shelf to find the goods I was seeking. Job VERY WELL DONE for the both of them (and same again to the MOD Eme for very kindly telling me how to make them known to HQ. All three of them deserve a Job VERY WELL DONE accolade!).

approached 5 different associates for a few things and they all had bad attitudes and no sense of what helping out customers means. An associate refused to let me into the public restroom. Another sent me to 3 different wrong aisle for an item. 3 others where too busy chatting to offer any type of assistance.

Paola the sales cashier at the 2803 s. Cicero ave had excellent customer service, quick and efficient with the timely matter of me getting approved for a Home Depot card I will not regret.

DUE TO THE PROXIMITY OF THIS STORE TO MY RESIDENCE, IT IS THETHE PRIMARY STORE THAT I UTILIZE. IN 17 YEARS, I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN THE EMPLOYEES, PRODUCTS, OR CLEANLINESS.............. THEY COULD CHECK MORE OFTEN AT THE AREA WHERE YOU CUT YOUR BASEBOARDS, TRIMS ETC... ONCE I NEEDED HELP ON MY FIRST TIME,TO MITER THE TRIM AND BASEBOARD AND THE YOUNG MAN SAID I DON'T KNOW HOW MYSELF AND I THINK THE PERSON THAT CAN HELP YOU IS GONE FOR THE DAY (HA) AND WENT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS. NO PROBLEM, THE TABLE SAW THAT I BOUGHT FROM HOME DEPOT, KINDA TAUGHT ME! THANKS FOR ASKING!
