Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Employee Eric Taylor asked me what project I was working on and then came up with an ingenious solution. Wonderful service and very friendly. Cashier Laura was extremely friendly and efficient. I remember the young woman from a previous visit when she suggested that an employee could assist me with loading heavy items into my car. She called a young man to help me. She was thoughtful and helpful.

Great staff at the Pro Desk and through out.

My review centers around a stellar employee. Her name is Christina and she works Customer Service. I had a problem and she handled it so professionally that I told her that one day she will be the General Manager. She made me fell like I was more than just an occasional customer. She made me fell like I was special, that my concern was not only important to me but also important to her. She showed tact, diplomacy and someone that truly cared. Kudos to her. My experience was uplifting.

Great employees offering assistance in every department. No deadbeats standing around sharing stories while customers are searching for products.

Friendly and helpful

Their pro desk is a joke. At 830 on a Friday, they have one cashier and not a single employee working the pro desk. And not for like a minute or two, a solid 15-20 before I eventually got cashed out.

I dread shopping for household things I know little about. I like Home Depot and historically have found they have what I need in stock. I entered the store whispering a prayer for patience to find the things I needed. I observed 2 employees chatting with each other when they saw me they greeted me and asked if I needed help! Yes please! They knew where things were, showed me the available products, answered my questions and impressed me with their product knowledge. With such a vast inventory I was extremely impressed. I asked how they can do that, Josh answered years of practice! SUPERB customer service!

The customer service rep. did not stop until he found my item and he even had to find a ladder to get it. Thank you

My shopping trip to this Home Depot today was pleasantly surprising. Unlike most other retail environments in this pandemic, my cashier Cindy was a pleasant surprise. She came out to the main aisle and directed me to her register. She was pleasant, even when selling a Home Depot credit card opportunity. It’s nice to see that some people still care about providing good customer service. Cindy did a great job! Thanks!!

ASKED AN EMPLOYEE ABOUT A PLUMBING PRODUCT. HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO ASSIST SOMEONE ELSE. TOOK OUT HIS PHONE AND FOUND THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR AND DIRECTED ME TO THE CORRECT AISLE.

The manager provided outstanding customer service. I bought a discontinued line of products and the manager answered every question, loaded our purchase and was very friendly and willing to work with us. Thank you.

Brian went the extra mile and took his time to help us, didn't make us feel rushed, he was patient answering all our questions, he knew the product and system to perfection and he had a professional and amazing attitude of service. my wife and I worked with cathie in the appliance department. because of her excellent service to us not only did we buy a washer and dryer which we had planned on doing, we also decided that we would use a home depot designer to help us with our kitchen remodel which is something we had not planned on doing when we entered the store. we received excellent customer service during our visit.

While the associates were extremely helpful, I purchased a lock and when I got home discovered batteries were missing and there was handwriting in the instruction booklet from a previous consumer. Clearly, a defective piece of merchandise was just put back on the shelf. This was the second lock I experienced this with, first from the Cheektowaga store which is my regular store, and then the second lock of a different brand from the Clarence store. Finally went to Lowe’s, stock available in a clean, neat store.
