Was at this store memorial day weekend and had the best shopping experience in a long time. The young guy that helped me to find an item that I couldn't find at any other store due to lack of help went above and beyond to find and he did. He was pleasant,liked his job and people. When I got to check out that experience was just as amazing. The cashier was also amazing. The store was very organized and efficient in handling the busy weekend. Definitely do your shopping at this location . You will not be disappointed.

Joseph helped me with blinds today, cut them to size and answered all of my questions! He was awesome, thank you!! Cashier was also helpful and friendly!!

They don't care about keeping customers safe. They had one cashier working and five...FIVE ... Employees standing around waiting for "curb side" pickup orders. They had over ten customers waiting inside a small area and not one person helped their co worker to get people out of the building. Horrible store. Horrible.

I just have to say that PATRICIA is one of the most helpful person that I have met she will go out of her way to help you so if you are looking for a store to go to this is the one and ask for PATRICIA or JOE the manager there the best at helping people out thanks again PATRICIA.

Joe in windows and doors is an amazing employee and an asset to the Home Depot. My husband and I are in the market for a new door and also a garage door, and Joe has gone above and beyond to help us with our selection. He wasn't afraid to offer us additional information about the products based on his knowledge and expertise. Thank You Joe, we will be back to order our garage door soon!

If you need plumbing supplies, you need to see Muhammed. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, patient and truly knows his stuff! Saved us from buying wrong parts and another trip to to get correct parts. Store is always well stocked and clean too.

This is the only store in WNY I have been in that did NOT have hand sanitize available at the entrance or exit or hand wipes for the carts or a spray bottle with towel to wipe handle. If you like to be totally put out by an employee disinterested in helping you, visit Katie in the blinds department. I didn't qualify as important enough for her to get out from behind her desk to assist me. I came back after the shift and was helped without asking by Nick. They didn't have what I needed, but he made every effort to help resolve the problem.

My husband and I had a great visit, we had several items we were looking for and were able to find it in the store. We were able to talk to a few employees and received great advice and wonderful service.

I had the best customer service today form a store employee than I have ever had in 20 years there, Mohammed was extremely helpful and helped me on all aspects of what I needed and all the parts that needed to go with the plumbing unit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful .He went above and beyond.

Needed a new sump pump and help in getting the extra parts for installation. Mohammed was excellent in supplying me with everything. Very friendly and quick checkout made this shopping trip easy.

AS ALWAYS I LOVE TO SHOP AT THE HOME DEPOT! THIS IS MY #1 GO TO STORE FOR ALL MY HOME MAINTANCE, REPAIR, GARDENING AND SUPPLY NEEDS!

Clarence was sent to my home to measure for carpeting and did an amazing job. The report was back to me within 6 hours!

Employees are extremely helpful

Purchase of items went smooth, if not slow, be we had already done our research and new exactly what we wanted. The "professionals" they contract for delivery and installation. Terrible. Asked them to wear shoe covers because they were tracking mud in the house - they reluctantly agreed, but complained that it was their last pair. Too late mind you - have nice mud prints on the cream carpet. I guess I'll steam clean that later. Damages the wood frame of the door when they removed it - did not put the door back on when they were done.Scratched a deep grove into the tile floor when they removed the old appliances - don't know what we are going to do about that, Could not finish the installation because they said they didn't have the stacking kit that was on our order. Shrugged it off saying "someone will get back to you about it". No time frame, nothing. So now we can't use our washer and dryer because they are not secured together. Asked me to initial on the damage waiver - didn't do that, although they weren't really paying attention anyway. Called the store about the missing stacking kit - can't be helped until Monday as the scheduler doesn't work on weekends. So no clue what to do. A massive fail all around on Home Depot's part. They hype their installation teams in store - they lie. Get delivery and installation at your own risk.

They have many tools and parts needed. The staff was easy to find and very helpful

Popular item hard to find and this store had the leaf blower/ string trimmer that I was looking for.
