I was very please with my shopping experience. The store was nice and clean and I was able to find everything I was looking for. I was not able to find my items at the other home store I went to first.

Friendly people an have most of what I am looking for in the atore.

Several customers were not wearing masks. I was only in 5 isles and there were seven people unmasked. The employees that I saw were all masked. I have requested that they offer masks to customers coming in without masks. I am planning to shop on line for a while. I do like this store. They almost always have what I need in stock, and the employees are friendly and helpful. I frequently have someone ask me if I need assistance. It is one of my favorite stores. However I do not feel safe shopping there at this time.

Hard to get someone to help you

This store is my go to store when my local hardware fails me. I am always pleased shopping hear. I wish I could walk into one and not go overboard. Lol. But alas I love this store. I can't help myself.

If you are concerned about exposure to COVID-19 Home Depot is not the place to shop. Customers and employees are frequently without masks and no one practices social distancing

The sales specialists in the appliance department were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Provided all the necessary information we'd require as follow up to our purchase.

We rely on Home Depot for home appliances. Sales Rep Tom Gardner is knowledgeable and helpful in a non-pushy manner. The store is always well-stocked and clean. Within the last several months we have made 3 major purchases, and are thoroughly pleased with each.

I first shopped at Home Depot stores an hour away from home and when CLEBURNE Store #6520 opened, I have bought and shopped primarily there. Many of the staff call me by name and most pleasantly greet me. I find it difficult to get to my target area without some staff asking me if they might assist me. This is a small town friendly place you definitely will want to shop.

We shop here regularly over other HDs in our area bc stock of items always seem better, store has friendlier employees and very easy to get in and out of. We made a major appliance purchase today and Tom Gardner in appliance is hands down the best HD employee we have ever had the pleasure of working with. The new protective barriers have been professionally installed at check out look awesome. Other than needing new updates shopping carts, this store is managed VERY well!

The store is always clean when I go in to buy what I need. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I live about 10 miles away but it is much better then the store closest to me.

Excellent selection, clean store, the same consistent employees who are ALWAYS eager to help. All the displays and products are well stocked even during major sales! The parking lot is always well lit and my wife feels safe while shopping alone at Home Depot Cleburne. Returns and exchanges are always a breeze!

Store personnel are always friendly and helpful, greeting customers throughout the store and always ready to help; you don't have to go searching for help and you're never ignored. The store is always so clean and well-organized you almost wonder where the cleaning gremlins are hiding!

There is always someone that will help me if needed. I shop here weekly and even when competitor may have little lower prices, there is better selection at Home Depot. Employees are more willing to help instead of making me feel I am bothering them. Have been in store of competitor and asked about product and told they didn't carry it, when it was right behind them but wouldn't get off computer long enough to help me. Employees remember me and ask how project turned out.

Tom in appliances was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the appliances and explained the differences and was very patient with me. He was the reason I picked the washer and dryer set that I chose!

Everyone that I have dealt with are friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience here.
