For weekends, when more people are doing projects, they have only one checkout lane that has a person at it. I am the customer, and I would like to have service when I am at a store.

The Home Depot is my go to store in the Cleburne area. Their realistic approach to my needs is second to none.

The Home Depot in Cleburne is one of the better ones I've been to. The associates there are knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be going back to this store for the rest of the material I will be using on my project.

Was looking for a spray for house that would be okay for pets to be around and asked a lady named salena to help and she told me to go outside and find the guy that works there in dept. Because she didn't know anything about it I was super mad I just asked the closest guy to that area and he helped me I will NEVER shop that Home Depot again. She needs to learn customer service manners in a big way.

I have shopped at Home Depot for years and have never received the curtest and attention that I have received on every visit to the Cleburne store. The staff is the greatest and so helpful it makes the visit enjoyable. There's no frustration finding what you want. There's someone on every aisle to lead you to what you're looking for. Best experience I've had at Home Depot in years.

I'm the owner and curator of a humble natural history museum here in Cleburne. When I approached the store in the hopes of buying one of the "life-sized" Tyrannosaur skeletons which are part of their Halloween prop offerings this year, I was hesitant. I've had negative experiences buying odd items for the collection at other major retailers (Shame on you, Walmart!) but Home Depot was amazing. The young lady who helped me was tremendous. She knew her way around the computer systems, got us set up with a HD credit card which actually helped save money and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. She was an amazing person and I wish that every experience I had had with salespeople could have been as pleasant as the one that I had with her. I'd recommend both her and her store in a heartbeat.

I live in Whitney, and this is the closest Home Depot to me, but it is worth the drive. They always have what I need, great employees, always ready to help and go beyond their job to help you in all areas. Very pleasant experience every time I have shopped there.

It is getting increasingly difficult to find items they once stocked on the shelf. When you ask for some items, you are told to look online. Too bad if you needed it today. And if I am going online, and going to have to wait, I might as well get my best price from Amazon. Also, they seem to staff fewer employees on the weekend, vs during the work week. When you have to wait 20 minutes to check out, they are not planning on anyone doing weekend projects.

This store needs new manager. I drive 20 miles to Burleson Home to shop. Better store.

Can always find help but checkout is slow. Self checkout is iffy at best with the plastic wrapping.

This store is clean and full of friendly employees that are willing and ready to help you find your items and answer any questions. Ben C. went above and beyond in helping me with my purchases. I will only shop Home Depot from now on. Forget Lowes they don't have the outstanding customer service that you do. Such friendly people and always asking if you need help unlike other stores. From point of entry to check out, the service at this particular store was great to shop at. Friendly atmosphere and clean store.

The Cleburne store was very very helpful in all aspects of my shopping. Help was there when I needed it, Joline, the cashier was exceptional in her cordial atitude to not only me but with my pup that accompanied me.. Joline, got Steve, another cordial employee to assist me in loading a water heater in my truck. A very nice shopping experience.
