Purchased products for bathroom remodeling.

Home Depot shoppers - check prices very carefully and make sure your products are rung up correctly. Products did not ring up at the same price as listed. It was a huge hassle and colossal waste of time to get this resolved!

I went into the Clermont store this morning and it reminded me of Ghost town in Arizona Empty of all help , You must have an amazing breakroom or someone bought donuts this morning . I saw no associates when I needed help.

Find an Employee then you're all set they remain very pleasantly knowledgeably very helpful; Really appreciate HD's coupons I asked them to put me on list :) and the appliances we've purchased there free delivery are always VG condition! Great store good luck sticking to Your list :)

We were looking for a product and we were told by an employee at a different location that the product was discontinued. However, John from Hardware at the Clermont Location made our experience memorable. He was courteous, helpful and was able to locate the product for us. Thank you for this great experience and excellent service.

This location is very well stocked, clean and friendly. We were able to find all that we needed.

I was in need of a 100 amp fuse and not so sure if the one I grabbed was the correct one. The store was about to close; so I was certain there wouldn't be anyone to answer my questions. To my surprise a guy named Ed was right around the corned, and he answered all my questions. The Clermont Home Depot gets my business first before I go anywhere.

I needed to purchase a specific type of mulch and this store was the only one in my area that had it in stock. On arrival, I asked the cashier where it might be located and she called over a young man who knew all about it. He escorted me to the area where it was stored, obtained a cart for me, loaded the mulch onto the cart then put it into my car after checkout. The cashier and this young man were very nice and very personable - something you don't find too much these days, sadly. I have another big hardware store within 3 miles of my home but I'd rather drive further to this store just to be treated like a valued customer. Nice job!

Greeted by manager a pretty Hispanic lady felt warmly welcomed for once. She's very pleasant by far the best thus far than the usual managers and I've lived in clermont my entire life. She creates a contagious sublime energy in the air that's evident. Starting with Patricia at customer service desk, how delightful! she’s like a breath of fresh air every single time any hour of any day. Andre is out of this world! Absolutely remarkable as always thank you for everything sincerely Drealy real. The gentleman in hand tools so willing, informative and helpful with hand sanders even at the last min before closing shockingly speaks volumes! Lastly but not least Jay at checkout with patience of a saint and yet still remained cool as a cucumber.. near perfect experience. We purchased our hot waster heater through Home Depot and used their Home Depot installers (Third Party). It was a nice experience and the service was terrific. Would definitely recommend Home Depot and their partnership installers to family and friends.

I recently purchased a new home and there are a multitude of items I need to make it a "home." I went to the Home Depot in Clermont, FL today and had a very satisfying experience. I asked multiple people questions about many topics as well as asking where things were located within the store. Each person was eager to help and one went so far as to walk me over to the aisle where the item was located. Oftentimes you can feel like a bother to a store employee at other stores but that was definitely not the case today. Well done HOME DEPOT! I'll see you next week with another list!

I visited the Clermont Home Depot today and it was like everyone was trained by Disney to be Happy and Cheerful. Not only was everyone so willing to help me but was happy to do so. I also found some great buys. What a pleasant experience shopping today.

They charged me $300 just to remove and place in garage which is 20 ft away. Not happy

If you are looking for a ceiling fan, ask for Rick. He is very knowledgeable and will take time to answer all your questions.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The bargains were good too.

The staff were very unhelpful. I asked for help and nobody came. I found someone stocking the shelves and all he did was ask me for the product number and looked up and then immediately went to help another customer and never came back. The store was supposed to have 76 of this item according to the website and it should’ve been on the shelf and easy to purchase. I looked for big displays all around the store and wasted 30 minutes trying to locate the item.

The fact that I can buy Milwaukee tool bundles at a great price, compared to ecommerce and not have to pay the shipping fee makes a difference. I myself like to see the tools and equipment in person.

Today, we found the perfect gift for our daughter-in-law. During the Christmas holidays, she has a large display of nutcrackers. We purchased (two) '3.5 ft Blissful Figures LED Nutcracker with Axe'. --Can't wait until she sees them!
