We have had great dealings with this home depot. I bought laminate flooring , got a measure to install, and now we just ordered a small fridge. It's all been positive.

Margarita, who helped us check out, was the nicest employee I've ever met. Her positive attitude and kindness makes you want to come back and shop at this particular Home Depot. She truly loves her job and it shows! You don't see that often anymore!

Charlotte “Kay” was an awesome cashier. They proactively helped us load our vehicle without us asking.

I just had a bad experience this time. A combination of stupid and miscommunication.

Riley in Customer Service did an AWESOME JOB in helping resolve my lost online order. Not only did she resolve the problem by offering me multiple alternatives, but she also offered to help me load my car!!! FANTASTIC!!!!!!

Best customer service ever! I didn't have to go search someone out. Two employees offered to load my vehicle. Very proactive. It was a very pleasant surprise. I will shop there more often.

Your sales associate Jackie in appliances went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with a place to sit down. I have a very bad back and have had 4 total knee replacements. I walk with the aid of a cane and Jackie moved the area that we were paying to a location where i could sit and be more comfortable
