This store is smaller and items are much easier to find. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I am thrilled they are in my neighborhood.

While visiting this store I found that most employees were socializing amongst themselves and literally just walking by clients who were clearly searching for something.

I was here at this store on Tuesday night I feel I was treated unfairly the cashier that checked me out checked my money which was fine my money was real and she still told me she couldn’t accept it because a piece of the money was peeled or something of that matter even though the pen verified my money was real she still told me she couldn’t take my money I feel she did this cuz my husband and I are colored . I will never ever shop here again because my money is hard earned . I wish I can give it 0 stars

Upon arrival I was greeted which was very nice .associate Kristy was sanitizing the registers which was also pleasant to see upon check out she was very helpful with everything I needed or any questions I had . She was very pleasant from start to finish she thanked me and let me know that the team at home depot is always here to help great professionalism at coconut grove store awesome job to the entire Home Depot team

Very helpful staff, and unusually polite at all times. I found them willing to track down my order, change part of it, find the missing items I needed and make sure I received it quickly. Highly recommend the supervisor and all of the workers.

Management there is not very good at all not qualified people mostly people there speak in Spanish I don’t mind but I don’t think it’s right and it’s not professional especially customer service but I recommend five star for the lady cashier name Denise i’ve seen her before she’s very professional she even asked my friend that I was with if She needed help but I left her in the store and I went on towards my business but I love the story always have everything but I’m upper management the thing is you have to be careful who you hire because you normally hiring the rep but they’re not the real person and these employees are The face and business of the Home Depot thank you so much guys I’m not a complainer I’m just saying to my heart but I thought about this place

The Coconut Grove is store is always a pleasure to shop. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is alway very clean and organized. Using the Home Depot app makes it extremely easy to find the items you are looking for.

I loved going to the Coconut Grove Home Depot because of their friendly and helpful staff. The store was very well organized and clean as well, and I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. It is Thanksgiving and Christmas is in full effect. There are huge stacks of artificial trees and outside are the real trees. This store is smaller and a little easier than the next closest Home Depot. Shop here for a quicker in and out, but not everything is available.

Michelle helped me this time with getting a home depot credit card today. I WAS SO EXCITED
