The best customer services. Very organized store and clean.

I had the best customer service Patty helped me get a new lawn mower. We spoke over the phone and she held it for me, she was kind and courteous on the phone and in person. She then moved it on my flatbed without me asking!!!! She is the definition of customer service, wish everyone enjoyed their jobs like she does!!! Employee of the year.

The entire staff at this store and based on my own personal experience, performed in a professional and friendly manner above expectations. The store is well stocked and I was able to find every item I was looking for. Save for the dust in some of the shelves and products, the overall condition of the store is clean. I do not hesitate to recommend the Coconut Grove Home Depot store, to family and friends and to anyone in need to buy any of the many products that help to make and maintain our homes in excellent condition.

Store employees do not attend the needs of clients or offer help, i had to run around looking for help and the employees hide from clients however, they do gather to discuss what they are going to have for lunch while i stand there waiting to ask a question about items i needed

My customer service experience provided by Rev was unique in many ways. Rev's professionalism is worth emulating. Rev was also very knowledgeable in flooring and helped me tremendously to make the best decision for my office vinyl floors. He took his time to educate me on the differences among all available choices, was very patient, and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service skills!! I highly recommend Rev to be a model employee for all Home Depot Stores. This particular Home Depot Store has a group of employees with the best customer service skills I've ever seen.
