Home Depot employee named " Thrasher " is all world. Watch out for cashier " Judy " at stand #1......she is really grumpy.

I love decorating and sprucing up my home. I have access to a 20+ ft. Lanai off of my living room which allows me to do planting, etc. during good weather. Your choices of plants and flowers in the Spring, make my Green Thumb "itching" to get busy. Thank you for such a great addition to my neighborhood.

I found three different employees that had good knowledge about inventory and location I also found some employees that were helpful

I like to frequent our local hardware stores too. But when I need something specific, I can almost always find it here. When I did a huge home remodel last year, I could have slept at Home Depot I was there so much!

I almost hate going to this Home Depot because it is so cluttered everywhere it is difficult to get around and even hard to reach products due to stuff stacked in the way. so much so that my 2 year old grand daughter had her arm smashed between the cart and a work bench stacked in the isle

Employees did their very best trying to locate an item in very high demand. Felt good to get that kind of service.

I shopped around over the phone in small town of Walla Walla & found Home Depot had the best prices on the varity of items I purchased.

We purchased a new BBQ on Friday, July 1st, nearing closing time. Several employees worked together as an excellent team to find the product, make the sale and load us up. They sure worked together with a great amount of spirit that clearly demonstrated sincere customer service ... Hats off to this hard workers!

Today, June 4 2022 I bought a $599 grill The person who at the service desk was not friendly acted like we were a bother and was not very helpful

However the parking lot is small especially if hauling a trailer. Weekends are super busy as expected but everytime I an there on the weekends customer service is lacking....bit this is College place and no other big box stores around.

I needed help finding landscaping tools. There were 2 salesmen that were awesome and helped me so much.

I was sent to Home Depot, College Place, by my daughter. She needed parts to custom assemble a pond pump and a UV filter. I was sent with the parts that needed to be connected and information about the end goal. I was approached by Greg in the plumbing aisle. I explained what I was after and he asked some questions. I ended up calling my daughter for clarification on some of Greg's questions; he listened and complemented her on her ability to articulate specifics about the equipment we were working with. He took the time to find exactly what was needed to accomplish our goal and complete our project. He was very patient, professional and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. My daughter was very pleased with the parts I brought home.

When greeted by employees, and asked if they could help ,if they do not have the knowledge of the products, find someone who does." DO NOT SAY THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP THE CUSTOMER", When they think we are out of distance to hear them.

Customer service associate wants to debate about locksmiths open on the weekends, tell them how to make a sale and they completely ignore you, ignored when asking for help as the associates business is more important, not greeted on coming to the store, don’t have the usual in-stock items, customer service gone to hell.

I generally have good experiences at this location. The lady at the register’s name was jenn. She should be commended. I’ve worked retail before and not all of my customers were what you might consider pleasant.

I have been shopping at the College Place Home Depot a few times a week since I moved here a few months ago. The employees are always so helpful and friendly every time I walk in. Sam in the paint department is so nice and helpful. He always remembers me and greets me by name. I no longer dread going to a home improvement store like I used to in Ohio.

Great customer service.

My wife and I shop often at Home Depot in College Place. Each and every visit we receive excellent, knowledgeable help. The associates who helped us today in plumbing were Kevin (earlier in the day), Matthew (only an hour earlier), and John (for the last purchase). They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Wow!

Customer service on Check Out #2 was on called for and rude.

This store has wonderful staff and it seems to always have what we need. They do a wonderful job of having quality products in stock and for a great price. Shop here!

Fred in the flooring department answered all of my questions and educated me about the different types of flooring. Then, I felt much more confident about making a choice. He was very patient, helpful and walked me through scheduling a measurement for my floors.

This Home Depot is always very well stocked and all the employees are very friendly and helpful it is a pleasure to shop there.

Store is nice and clean,and there's someone right there to always help you out,for finding things,and answering questions,giving advice on somthing.

The associate who assisted me at the Customer Service Desk cash register - Kristin - went out of her way to pick up all of my merchandise that i had accidently dropped. i did not expect this, as she appeared to be multi-tasking at the same time.
