Since Jay's departure as store manager the college place home depot seems sad! that's all!

store was clean and customer service was great!

I live in Oregon near another Home Depot but they did not have the product I was looking for. My local store did not offer to help me find other stores that had the product that I needed as it was not available to purchase at Homedepot.com. I did a search on my own and found that the product I wanted was at this store. I ordered my product for local pickup online and then called to provide the name of a family member for pickup. My order was ready in less than an hour. Great customer service from this store! Thank you for your help with my order!

Life sucking sore (store). Guaranteed to ruin your day. Nothing but a time waste.

We have always got help from friendly employees. They are knowledgeable and if they don't know will find another employee who does.

There seems to be fewer and fewer associates and service is impacted

Great costumer service from a employee that helped me in trying to see if the store sold roombas. He provide the information and did it in a cheery mood and looked like he was really happy to help.

I like our Home Depot here in College Place,They have most all the things I shop for .

The employees here are awful. You can tell they all hate their job. We did have a few nice gentlemen and lady who were very friendly, but a majority of the employees we came into contact with either ignored us or had an attitude while helping us. Disappointing since College Place is the closest to us to shop.

We only use this store since nothing else is available, however I would not return if another option was available.

Such kind service was what I experienced as I took my dog in its stroller for the first time. My dog can no longer walk, and I was really nervous about taking my dog for the first time. I received personal service to assist me to get my products to my Tahoe, as I could not carry anything myself, having to push stroller with both hands. I will certainly go back with my dog anytime!

Great customer service going out of there way to please. Cashier offered to help me move some boards named Virginia and she was able to provide great information on benefits and service I could take advantage of at Home Depot and a flyer. Give a 10 out of 10 and if I was able to give her a raise I would do it in a heart beat and promote her to upper management!!

This store is clean, organized and well-stocked. Their garden area has the best selection of plants and supplies in Walla Walla & College Place WA. Don't waste your time running all over the Valley - one stop and you'll find what you need at very competitive pricing !

Customer service is bad. No one wanted to assist you. Staff said it was a busy day. The plants had a sale sign but staff said they were placed inc miorrectly...all 7 of them? Be prepared not to get answers.

I found the products I needed easily thanks to the assistance of the employees. The store is always clean. The associates are very friendly and helpful. This is my go-to store especially for nursery products, as well as for hardware-type and patio furniture products.

Jeromy is always a great help as well as Kevin who can usually be found in plumbing. if you need help find these guys and they will help you out.

The folks working at College Place Home Depot go out of their way to make me feel like this is my store and they are here to help me with my projects. I have had great help in every department. Selecting tile, picking the right paint for the job, helping me load my purchases, and telling me that my dog was welcome in the store (how often does that happen?) are just a few of the great experiences I have had at this store. Once I was looking to upgrade a bathroom and an associate asked me if I needed some help. After an hour and forty five minutes of personal assistance and we were ready to checkout, I asked who I could send a compliment to the manager for the help he had given us. He said, "That would be me, thank you." It was a moment I will always remember. A person setting an example for those who worked for him and he was practicing what he preached.
