I never have an issue here. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so as long as I’m here. Staff is friendly and they always have what I need.

We purchased new cabinets from HD - and our experience was really great.

Yesterday 22nd March I went in to buy a butcher block countertop acedia style and the staff was so helpful and kind they made it their mission to find the item I was looking for. very professional and thank you to Cody and his colleagues for your help!!

Julie D. was very professional and helpful. She explained all my benefits and opportunities to save money. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She should be given a raise, bonus, and/or promotion. I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years and I love the military discount, merchandise, and value for my money. HELP FIND WHAT I NEEDED AND CHECK OUT FAST

I went to the store for an emergency home repair for a critical part. Was treated rudely by 5 employees. They were to busy talking with each other to answer a 2mn question and show me where the part was located. When I asked to see the part to verify it was correct and decided to go with a more expensive part they made a coarse comment of Did I really just open that and show you the part for nothing? Wont be going back to this store.

I found and purchased an electric stove which was on sale saving me dollars. It was exactly what I needed. The stove was provided promptly without incident.

A great experience!!

I had been trying to buy a washer/dryer set for months. Either the brands I wanted were out of stock or I could not find anyone to help me. That was at the other home improvement store. I went to Home Depot and was helped right away. I found one I liked, it was available within a week. The transaction was quick, Alyssa gave me her full attention and it was a great experience.

They have no cashiers and basically accept only credit card payments.

I walked in today and was met by a friendly staff, but the best part of my visit was Emy from Pro-Desk. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to show me what I was looking for as well as got me checked out. Give her a freakin raise because employees like this do NOT come very often.

Joel Bazan-Gomez is the appliance specialist and is great at his job. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I have never purchased NEW appliances before and he answered my questions and made the experience a great one.

I've bought several items here, and they all worked and performed great. I have also rented tools from the department, and have been satisfied as well renting and using the equipment. As a contractor, its great when I don't have a specific tool, to just rent it. Thanks

The appliance salesman typed my name wrong, mixing up my first and last names. This caused my credit card to be declined. When I showed him the error, he only fixed the credit sale part, so I got a bunch of robotic emails addressed to the wrong name. No wonder he couldn't find my account history and identity! When I went to customer service to get my name corrected, that well-meaning incompetent pulled up my obsolete email and address information. So now I can't be sure whether they're going to deliver my dishwasher to the correct house. And nobody knows how to update or correct the robot emails I received that are all wrong.

Whenever I have a question or need guidance someone at the 1504 Pro Desk is always avaliable. They have a large group of teamates that have great knowledge in all things Home Improvement. Best Pro Department in the country!

Nayeli in the Pro department is awesome! She went above and beyond to complete an online order for pick up early.

Home depot has everything I need for home improvements.

Everything I shop at this Home Depot the associates in the store are always welcoming and helpful. The store is always clean and product is always available. Andrew a checkout associate was very friendly and helpful making my visit quick and easy.

I needed bolts and nuts. Cody and Don was knowledgeable. There was so many bolts but they helped me find it quicker. Tony and Evelyn was friendly. Checking out was fast because I had crutches. I like this team better than the store by fort carson. In and out and the associates actually want to help me. Great Customer Service.

I was at this particular store over 10 years ago, at that time they had some real jackwagons working there, not only did they not appreciate my business, but they acted as if they were doing us a favor to direct us to the department we needed Last week I took a chance and went back there to get two keys made for my car. The young man that assisted me noticed they didn't have the exact key number for my particular vehicle. He had the job knowledge to substitute a different model key, and make it work for my car! I tried both keys they worked flawlessly! I will now shop at this store again!
