Store very clean products easy to find

I had a bad experience and this is not the only time, but home depo is more than one or two employees. I do think you need to step up your game, such as mystery shoppers and let them know there will be mystery they will step up their game. Treat people the way they want to be treated.

Donald in the outdoor / gardening section is a friendly and knowledgeable worker. He assisted me with my project. His knowledge and advice saved me multiple trips, which really means saved time and money.

Shop at this store if you want service. I bought 4, heavy, solid core doors and employees helped me load them on a cart and in my truck. I did not even request help they just showed up and offered! Plus, they were the only store in town which had the doors I needed

Darrlyn was amazing at finding me all the appliances needed after my house flooded. A+ service!

The best employee you have in this store is Darrlyn Jones. Her station was absolutely clean and she was actively cleaning when I first spoke to her. She was knowledgeable at her job and was able to provide me with information that I never knew about ordering appliances. Thank you again Mrs. Jones it was worth the trip.

I frequent a lot of home depot stores in this area. This store by FAR has the worst customer service, product knowledge and inventory management. This store should look at the management on down and they might find error in the system altogether. I love home depot but the incompetency shown at this ONE store is evident. Lisa has been the best to us so far from this location. Kudos Lisa!

The associates at this store are very attentive and make sure to be at the ready to assist us with any questions! Always a pleasure to shop here.

One word. Outstanding!! Finding my plumbing products where easy to find thanks to two very helpful employees. And the cashier went above and beyond with kindness.

I went into Home Depot Sunday and to my surprise I was helped by the most courteous person that I have encountered in a long time. I have always had polite and helpful people assist me with my purchases. However, today, it was different. Kay, who works in the paint department went through extraordinary lengths to get me what I wanted. She was very professional and very knowledgeable in her field. I would recommend this store to everyone who wants to support a company that promotes the spirit of what makes America Great!

This review is in reply to my negative review for Gavin who I recommended should be removed from the service counter. After receiving horrible customer service & incorrect info on my return receipt, I was about to leave the store but decided, no the store should know what happened. I was looking for a manager & bumped into Chris S, I believe he was from tool rental. He was not only kind, understanding and patient as I explained what I was trying to understand on my receipt, he also knows HOW to read receipts. He was truly a kind employee who de-escalated the issue with ease and compassion! I wanted to be sure to recognize him & say "GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!" :) Thanks Chris S!

I always like Home Depot for its clean, organized look, from first entering the front door as well as throughout the rest of the building. Plus, they always have what I need.

The store was clean and organized

I have been trying to purchase lumber online to build a deck. Everything is "out of stock" and you can't backorder. But I happened to drop in the store today to purchase some other items and noticed there was a lot of lumber available. I was able to purchase the lumber I needed and arrange for it to be delivered within a week!! Everyone that I know who has ordered on line has been waiting MONTHS for their products to arrive. The customer service supervisor that assisted me with the purchase and made arrangements for delivery was exceptional.

The appliance specialist clerk was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, taking time to make sure I was choosing what I really wanted.

ASSOCIATES and MANAGERs were extremely helpful and friendly

We recently found ourselves having to purchase a new washer and dryer. We went to our local Home Depot to see what they had. The salesperson we had, Darrlyn was absolutely fabulous!! I can't say enough about how patient she was in showing us different models, checking stock, explaining pros and cons on each set. In this day and age when people can be so rude and angry, she was a joy to work with. We were able to settle on a set we liked, within the range we wanted to spend. As always, the store was clean, no trouble getting around due to things blocking the aisles.

They do not enforce the must wear mask to enter.. Guess more important to get the money then enforce policy

Been shopping at store #1504 for more than 20 years. Primarily my go-to for home improvement/projects. COVID-19 has placed a lot of serious challenges on retailers in general, but home improvement stores are unique. During my most recent visiting shopping for decking material, it was evident this store has risen to the challenge with abundant stock and professional & courteous staff. Keep it up!

Lisa met me at my vehicle before I had time to turn on my phone! That's the best service! Home Depot is doing what they can to watch out for their employees and their customers!

Employee were very friendly. Everywhere the employees were asking in a polite manner if they can help. We were able to get help in minutes. Associate Joe was extremely helpful and making our decision to purchase the items we are looking for.

Outstanding store, employees do not run and hide like they do in the other large chain store. Employees are helpful, caring, and go way above and beyond to help you find what you need and get you in and out of the store as quickly as possible, so you can continue your project.
